The socks arrived and bore very little resemblance to the website images. Much smaller and patterned differently. Tried them on and they just felt like tightish socks. Rip off..don't bother.

Nothing, no impact, no improvement- just £20 socks that can’t be used as socks! So sorry these don’t work in any way!

Have been waiting for these socks to arrive for a month now! Tracking showing they are waiting to arrive at the depot! Little help from customer service! Not impressed with this company at all!! Would not recommend buying from them!

Slowest delivery. Still waiting after 8 days. When I do email just get the same answer that they are with the delivery company but the tracking is showing that they haven’t even been picked up by the delivery company.
Service is key to me being a customer and at this point it’s seriously lacking. As a runner I kind of wanted the product quickly for obvious reasons. Disappointing.

But the best is that they are awesome wearing socks, so comfortable perfectly fitting and do exactly as they were described to do, my feet already feel so much better couldn't be happier

Deceiptful and dishonest. As you go through your ordering on their website and before (or as you believe) you have clicked pay they give you the chance of what looks like a better deal. In other words this is a form of entrapment a very sneaky way to trap the customer into so say changing their order for what appears a better deal. Instead your original payment has already gone through and you pay again for a second order. I emailed immediately I realised the trick but they said the order had already been dispatched and a refund could not happen. I am yet to receive any products at all. If they had a conscience or any interest in the customer they could easily have refunded the order I was tricked into; I was not asking them to refund what I originally wanted.
I have ordered once before from this Conmpany received what I wanted and it was ok.
Now however I am wondering if they are not the same company.
All messages are AI generated. You do not get anything back from a human with a brain.
I would love to hear from a UK rep if they even have one.

Helped my husband with his sleeping. Less aches in his lower legs. Have ordered another 2 pair.

I bought it is for my son, he is a chef, need to stand for long time, he said it helps a lot .

I ordered a pair of these socks 4 weeks ago and still have not received them. I have had no reply from the emails I have sent requesting an update.

CHEAP product cost about 50p to make.
Smallest size is too big for my size 10.
Return are to China which cost £18.50 via royal mail.

As a postman on my feet 12 hours a day they became very pain full after wearing the socks for 2weeks the pain has eased so I will continue wearing them hoping the pain will go completely

I purchased these socks for my elderly mother.
She lives them and sleep in the every night. Keeping her feet warm and increasing her lower limb blood supply. We are very happy with them.

Severe pain in both feet is my problem and I have found the socks provide relief in a very short time.
Initially I was sceptical but thought to give the socks a go at my partners urging and am very happy I did.
I was so pleased with the pain relief that I purchased additional Functional Aid socks to have as back up.

The functional socks have helped relieve the pain in my feet. I wear them all day & to bed some days. I even bought a pair for my sister. I highly recommend the socks to anyone having pain in their feet.

I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet which started earlier this year and was told by my podiatrist and my GP that there was no cure.
I happened to see an add for your socks on the internet and ordered 4 pairs.
Have to admit, they have made a huge difference alleviating the burning and tingling sensation in my feet.

Customer service dreadful. Ordered the socks for myself size small and large for my husband. They were really big. Mine were baggy. They asked me to send photos which showed how baggy they were. Then told me they had sent the right size. Really are they blind. Comunication stopped. Con merchants

It is my first time wearing the socks, and so far, I have noticed a good reduction in some of the pains I have been getting in my feet. They have not completely gone, but I have noticed a reduction. I sleep in socks at night and have seen a reduction, in night pain. The pains have not completely left my feet, but I can tell you that they have been reduced. I wish the socks came up to my knees.

This is an absolute con. I was tricked into buying more pairs, when I immediately emailed to say it was a mistake I was told they had already shipped. This was a lie as I did receive an automated email the next day when they had shipped. This is NOT A UK COMPANY - you have to send back to China. Disgusting customer service and really deceptive.

but since wearing these
my feet have been so much better-
in fact my friends laugh when they see
my new socks don't cover my toes
but my feet are warmer ...
