I love these socks. The only reason I’m giving it 4+ stars is that I would love the socks to be all black or all white. I do not like the stripes showing under my pants. Please, please, make them in one color. FYI, I own 5 pairs of these socks. I have terrible neuropathy and these socks are a game changer.

Brilliant product. Got other products from Functional Aid and they work together well. Very happy with all the purchases from the company.

My wife and I tried these and they improved our walking so we bought another pair each.

What really made this experience great, was the fact that the product received, and what one could expect from the use of that product, was exactly as advertised. I have suffered for many years at night from numbness, tingling and severe pain in toes on both feet, but after using these socks, I no longer have any discomfort, and sleepless nights are now a thing of the past. I've had my faith renewed in buying on line. My socks from Functional Aid come with me everywhere I go!

they made my calfs stop cramping in bed and stopped legs aching and unable to keep them still when trying to get to sleep they worked the first night night of wearing them thank you very satisfied. R WILLIS

I bought 2 pairs but only use 1 sock on one foot. I am now on the 4th sock as they appear to have a limited life, losing elasticity after about a week’s use.

Socks are too wide for my feet. The message about refunds is a lie. I asked for a return address, no reply, more emails, no replies. These socks might help if you have wide feet but they are not cheap so dont bother. Buy from a physical shop where you can return a product without hassle. I have no hope of getting my money back from these crooks.

I bought them to wear at night for Neuropathy in my feet, I was skeptical, but I have found them brilliant, I am now able to sleep through the night without pain, I have been wearing them for several weeks now.

Socks didn't made a difference to me. They were loose even though I got smallest size. Not impressed by them

The functional aid socks help a lot but gradually creep up my foot, bunching around the middle. I also wear ordinary socks on top of them, to keep my feet warm.

It took around 6 weeks for my order to arrive. If I had been told this when I ordered I could have made a decision as to whether or not to continue with the order. Instead I was told several times that my order had been dispatched and when it didn't arrive I asked for my money back. This request was ignored and when I became insistent I was then told they couldn't refund my money as the item had been despatched. This happened several times until I asked PayPal for help. The socks then arrived a few days later. The company's behaviour is exactly the same as a scam company. The socks are o.k. but they are around 3 times as expensive as others which are equally good and are available elsewhere. I have arthritis in my feet and am always looking for feet support socks,

Ordered socks with a delivery date of 16th, tracking says they haven't even been despatched yet. Emails are unanswered and still no updates. I'd avoid this company as it seems they are either running a scam or just useless.

I was having painful tingling feet and swollen ankles. Since I’ve been wearing the socks the symptoms have dramatically reduced. I take a 7E fit shoe, so I went for a size XL and they’re a perfect fit. What would make the socks perfect for me, is if they came in a neutral colour.

Wore the socks for a week with no neuropathy pain.
Pain returned after long walk. The socks tend to slide back from my toes and end up around my instep. I have added a stitch between my big toe and the rest of the toes to keep them in place. This seems to work.

I have bought 2 pairs for myself and love them, the third pair was a gift to my sister who can’t stop talking about them. She is a great ambassador for your business and tells everyone she meets. She would like another pair but due financial difficulties she can’t afford them at the moment. She is a special lady and spends what little she has at Christmas on family.

Dry helpful and support re a ankle

I’ve suffered with peripheral neuropathy in my feet for over 20 years. I tried a pair of socks over a number of weeks but found that they did not provide any release from the pain. In particular, for me, if I had a more active day the pain intensified when wearing the socks. I therefore asked for a refund. I was offered two options, 25% off next purchase or a full refund on returning the socks. I opted for the latter. It turns out the returns warehouse is in China. I have sent the socks recorded delivery. They have have been stuck in Customs in China since the 4th August and on 17th December the socks were returned to me, so I have been unable to get a refund.

Have been wearing them at night with exceptional results. Very prompt service,couldn’t be happier with the experience

They really help with numbness on my soles and fluid retention in feet
