After 5 months of trading at the desk
After 5 months of trading at the desk, I've had nothing but problems. Don't be fooled. All the positive reviews are fake. The company is a scam!
First, they changed the rules, saying it was related to the migration from Connect Funds to FundsCap. They denied the withdrawal.
Well, I reduced the batch size, and I complied with the rules. And today, guess what the surprise?
They canceled my Funded account without ANY explanation (I had been inactive for over a week; there was no violation of the rules according to their own dashboard).
They simply canceled my Funded account and gave me a trial account again (????)
when i asked, they said that they regonized a problem on their system which happened on my trial 5 MONTHS AGO and now that i was almost with my withdrawn, they deleted my account and gave me a trial account again.
The support team doesn't say anything and only uses bots. Every time you go to withdraw, within all their rules, they change the rules overnight and cancel your withdrawal. This has happened several times to several accounts, not only to me but also to friends of mine.
Don't be fooled, and don't give money to this dishonest company!
Edit: In their response, they say they will evaluate and that everything is transparent, but even so, they never contacted me, my account even after 6 months remains deleted, and simply without showing me any proof, they returned me to the testing phase, they say that my account was not in accordance with market conditions, even though I have other accounts and I checked the conditions directly on their portal, they simply deleted my account when they had no reason to deny my withdrawal, pay attention to all the 1-star reviews and don't fall for this scam!
