Ordering was easy. The product I ordered (foam posters with photos for the wake) came out beautiful. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that I placed my order and it said would be shipped in 24 hours in time for the services. What it wasn’t crystal clear on was that was business days. Normally that would be standard practice. But you are named Funeral Prints. People dont pass away on business hours. I called the night before the service to inquire where my order was and was floored to learn it hadnt shipped yet. They did, for $92 more dollars overnight, early morning my delivery. I was thankful I received everything in time, but it added more stress in an already very stressful time.

The prints themselves were lovely. The costs were shocking and not particularly transparent. You could not tell what would and wouldn’t add to the overall cost to be able to make an informed decision.

I have used Funeral Prints for both my father's service in 2021 and now my mother's service this past month 2026. All items were done professionally and arrived on-time.

My only complaint this go round was I was unable to put mom's obituary on a bookmark I opted for the 23rd Psalm but would have like to have her full obituary so I could share with family who were not able to attend the service

I made a couple of late night spelling mistakes on the programs we ordered for my Mom's Celebration of Life Service. I couldn't live with myself and the Service was out of State on a Sunday. Ordered the replacement programs on Friday with a 50% Discount which I was shocked to hear about since the mistakes were mine. Spoke with Leah in Customer Service and to my surprise this was actually "Customer Service". She was very kind and knowledgeable, reassuring me that this would be rectified and the reprints would arrive on Saturday to my hotel. Again , we've all heard that before right? And yet again this Company delivered! I cannot say enough good things about them. They are nice professional people who really care about the products they sell and helping people in their time of need. Excellent Company! Excellent Products, and Caring Staff.

Many backgrounds to choose from. Photo quality was great. Was very grateful they had over night shipping. Very satisfied with product.

Loved the quality of the cards and the fact that we could change the title from what was on the card to Celebrating the Life of...., since that option wasn't available for me to change on our own. Delivery time was great and everyone was very nice and answered all my questions promptly. In wish there were other options for delivery besides $28 for two day delivery. We didn't need them that quickly and would have chosen a cheaper option for delivery. But overall experience was positive.

The prayer card turned out nice. The communication was not as good as I remembered from when I did a prayer card almost 8 years ago for my dad. I called to ask questions and didnt really get clear answers. Once I submitted the picture and quotes I was supposed to submit via email any changes and questions. Sometimes you need to talk to someone to walk things through. This is a personal situation, when someone dies, and you want personal attention. Didn't get that feel.
