Cards were exactly as pictured in preview
I ordered cards for my dad’s service at a national cemetery. They had such great designs to choose from and it was easy to upload my dad’s photo and write an inscription. The cards were great quality and came out exactly as previewed. I ordered on a Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday. Thank you for a great memorial card for my dad.

High Quality Photo Board
My first experience with Funeral Prints was outstanding. Having used other photo services in the past, I wanted to try something different. Their website was robust, intuitive and provided numerous options and flexibility for creating a professional looking funeral photo board. I could not have been more satisfied with the high quality photo board that received extremely positive reviews from all in attendance. The ability to enhance photos was a big plus and the numerous shipping options provided flexibility at different price points. The company provides a customer service function which I did not need to contact. The final photo board was professionally produced, packaged securely and shipped timely and exceeded my expectations. I will be a return customer and highly recommend Funeral Prints.

I don't know how they could possibly improve what this company does. The memorial cards that I ordered were beautiful, and the quality was impressive. They were competitive with pricing and the delivery was ridiculously fast, at no extra cost.

Nice prints but......
The prints were nice and arrived in a timely manner. My two complaints are the fact I called and asked for approval before printing. To my surprise, I received the prints without final approval. They had a mistake. I had to ask for a reprint. When I did recieve the reprints, there were a couple of prints for someone else. It looks like they got mixed in. But people really liked the prints.

If any edits or changes are needed after an order is placed, we ask that customers call us immediately to let us know they would like to review a proof. Once we know changes are needed, we'll email you a digital preview, and you can simply reply with any edits you'd like us to make. This helps ensure there is no miscommunication before your order is sent to print. After we receive your requested changes, we'll create a revised proof for your approval before printing.
We were happy to provide your reprint at no charge with the requested corrections, and we sincerely apologize that a couple of prints from another order were accidentally included in your package. That certainly isn't the experience we strive to provide.

The quality is even better than expected, and the order was delivered on time. Additionally, the service team provided excellent communication, keeping me updated throughout the processing, completion, and delivery stages.
