I really liked the finished product that I purchased from funeralprints.com. Their delivery was on time.

The overall process required a considerable amount of customer involvement and would have benefited from clearer instructions at the outset, particularly before the submission process began. Payment was required prior to any work being initiated. After payment, all written information and photographs had to be uploaded page-by-page through the company portal, which was very time-consuming.

The submitted materials were used to create a prototype for review and approval. My initial prototype contained several minor punctuation and formatting errors, which I found surprising. I was also later informed via email that additional pages were needed to accommodate the information and photographs submitted, resulting in additional charges.

It is important to note that each revised prototype incurred an added fee, even in situations where corrections had been previously marked but overlooked. Throughout the process, I had to initiate numerous calls to the company, and eventually my calls were not being answered. However, I was able to reach staff by calling from a different phone number.

In conclusion, despite the challenges experienced during the process, the final product was good.

I made an error and this was corrected . I was given a 50% discount on my correct order which h was appreciated. Staff was vert friendly and understanding.

Everything was made to my satisfaction. Also the finish and style of the card was impressive. Thank you.

The keepsakes are fine looking, though one is missing a foam footing pad. A few nicks, but I'll try wax or soap to fill them in. Thank you for the quick service.

I ordered prayers cards and a funeral video for my sisters service. The prayer cards arrived early, and looked perfect. Then I decided to have them put together her photo memories video and it was a seamless and painless process. The video was also delivered early, which was so much appreciated and alleviated so much stress for me. It was absolutely lovely and well done. I couldn't believe how professional and perfectly timed with the music I selected. They really know what they're doing. I highly recommend using this company. It was such a time and energy saver for me during a difficult time.

First order came in with printing mistakes that were not spelling errors. Word spacing was off on the obituary. Had to pay and reorder
