Items arrived damaged and 1 was leaking. Emailed Funkin but go no reply.

If you've got a slushi machine then the Funkin rage is a absolute must

Brilliant service. Order processed and delivered as promised.

The drink itself is great, love it. Not so happy with the customer services. Was missing 8 cans, but it took me to complain I had not got them and then me being told to provide proof of the part delivery before customer services then said they had checked and they only sent 12 cans. Why I had to prove anything when this was the case. And then told will get a refund, my request of a 12 pack instead and told go and order them. Poor customer services

No compromise
Have always had a good experience for orders through Funkin. They have never let me down and they are quick with their responses from their Team as well 😊

Ordered on 8th August, no delivery still today on 21st August, I have called 5 times, emailed 4 times, sent messages on instagram and still no contact, no response and obviously no respect. You guys must have the worst customer service I have seen in some time.

Absolutely fabulous! Great service, well packaged, delivered on time and the taste is awesome! I bought all 3 zero alcohol flavours and they are amazing! Best ‘no alcohol’ drinks on the market

Excellent delivery service, well packed and arrived early. Product very good quality, however it is expensive.

The original packaging was damaged in transport and the haulier disposed of the whole order. This was one day before our carnival when the cocktails were required.
On contacting Funkin Cocktails and explaining what happened they arranged a next day delivery that arrived on time. Excellent service, above and beyond expectation. Will 100% use this company again. PS the cocktails were superb and we sold out in under 3 hours.

Delivery time was ridiculous! more than 8 days to receive 2 items in tetra pack is a complete joke!

I haven’t received my order. Yodel aren’t responding and Funkin say they gave my parcel.

Have not received order. Company is sending me to Yodel, yodel are sending me back to the company. Nobody is taking responsibility over my order. It is an urgent order due to an event! I ordered on 20th June, it has been over 2 weeks and I have still not received my order. Called Funkin and sat waiting for 5 minutes- no answer.

Ordered some mixers. Delivery was stated as 5 working days. It is now 5 working days and I haven't even received a dispatch notice. The mixers were for a party. There is no phone number available for them so I have emailed 2 different addresses. Appalling service

I placed an order for 24 cartons.
They were sent in two separate shipments and only one shipment arrived and the other was sent back (maybe damaged) and didn't reach me.
I contacted them to find out why and was told that they would send out the missing items within 24-hours. 5 days later I am still waiting.
Really poor customer service and have to chase them myself which is really bad!
Still no idea when I will receive my missing items and if they will arrive before my party starts!

These are amazing. They make a perfect cocktail with very little fuss! You’ve got this absolutely spot on!

We ordered multiple for a party to use in the Ninja slush, they went down so well. Will definitely be ordering more, so easy to use and can add as much or a little alcohol as you want. Quick delivery as well

The cocktails are great, cant fault hte product. But once again, my parcel has vanish into the ether.. I've reached out to customer service and Im still waiting fr a response.
