I bought this in Waitrose and since it’s been my favourite cocktail wish we could buy in more supermarkets. The best

long delivery time when items listed online as in stock (was meant to be as a gift, but didnt arrive in time), only 1 item of my order has arrived and the other is still to be delivered (no indication that it is despatched, or an expected arrival time).

Lovely flavour and taste nice to be already mixed . Enjoyed it more as a long drink with ice so it will last longer .

Fast delivery and an amazing drink (according to my girlfriend) CHEERS GUY

Didn’t receive the product. Paid for next day delivery and haven’t heard anything since. I’ve emailed and DM’d on Instagram but still no reply. Very disappointing service. I just want a refund!

I ordered the Spicy Margarita set as a Christmas gift, and unfortunately one of the glasses arrived smashed. I emailed the company honestly not expecting much to be done, but I was completely blown away by the response.
The team sent out an entirely new drink set, no hassle at all. Emma, who I was emailing with, was incredibly reassuring, polite, and kind throughout the whole process. I was panicking that the Christmas present was going to be ruined, but they completely turned it around.
It’s genuinely heartwarming to see a company that truly cares about its customers. Amazing service, thoughtful communication, and a great product—couldn’t recommend them more.You are killing it girls! Keep it up

For the 2nd year running the Pimentae Spicy Marg box is in the fridge for the festive season. Honestly it’s the best one out there. Perfect strength, not too sweet, lovely rounded flavour with a bit of kick.

UPDATED REVIEW - Received a hamper which was poorly packaged and smashed all over the box on Friday - we contacted straight away via all channels but struggled to get through to anyone. After a couple of days chasing we did get a response once I contacted again via Instagram comments. The people who in which we spoke too have been lovely and said they would look into where our messages/emails went missing. Then on an email response we were also told it would be looked into how they were packaged which is great for future customers too that it isn't being treated as an isolated incident and they have care for fixing issues.

We are having our order replaced and they have kindly sent a gift to apologise for the chasing which is going above standard customer service now it has been picked up and it is much appreciated.
Completely turned our experience around when we had a response and we look forward to giving the hamper as a gift this Christmas.
We haven't tried the product ourselves but the person we are buying it for loves it.

I had high hopes for this but it was a huge disappointment. Bought a box of spicy margarita for my birthday party but it tasted like washing up liquid, not spicy at all, couldnt taste any tequila and way too citrusy. Left with nearly full box. Wasted £160.

The product itself looks great and the order was very quick. However I paid extra for a gift bag as this item is intended as a gift, which arrived crumpled as it was packaged up in a box which was too small. Not a major problem but a little disappointing.

We supplied Pimentae’s bag-in-box Spicy and Cucumber margarita cocktails to our guests at cocktail hour on our wedding day. As the pre-mixed cocktails only need to be shaken over ice and garnished, Pimentae’s bag-in-box margaritas provided a stress-free efficient serving experience for our caterers not to mention delicious! The quality of the cocktail is head and shoulders above the rest of other companies producing pre mixed cocktails. The cucumber flavour was refreshing whilst the spicy flavour had a lively kick to it, especially when garnished with a chilli. Would highly recommend for serving at parties, events or weddings for fuss free hosting!

I really don’t want to give a small business a poor review but I have not had a good experience. I ordered a box as a thank you gift on the basis it would be delivered next day, which as it was a Friday, I expected delivery on the Monday or Tuesday the following week. I received an order confirmation and also an acknowledgement from the courier to say the order had been notified and they were awaiting my package. 11 days later I have had no further update despite contacting Pimentae twice. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. This was a time critical gift. I still await a response to my emails.
