Wonderfully delicious
As a long-term margarita lover I was a little dubious about trying a can of ready-made margarita but I couldn’t have been more wrong. These Pimentae margaritas are fantastic and really hit the spot. The only thing I was sad about was the size of the can…it should’ve been bigger as I wanted more!! I highly recommend Pimentae margaritas, I’ve even branched out and tried the spicy version and I love it!

A revelation!
I had never come across the brand before until I was given a single cocktail when visiting a store on regents street. Suffice to say, after said cocktail I was hooked, having always loved a spicy margarita but never being motivated enough to make them at home. I also bought the cucumber and elderflower cocktails, and whilst pleasant, I think I will stick to ordering the spicy margarita in the future.

Highly Recommend! Quick, delicious & aesthetically vibey
Drinks: incredible, up there with high quality hotel cocktails (especially when served as they recommend with ice, decent glass etc)
Service: Came super quickly, pretty much overnight. Didn’t wait long at all.
Love that the cans not only look vibey but that the cans come in a box that’s even more of an aesthetic spectacle for my drinks fridge! Gorgeous! People always ask about them when they see them in my fridge.

Delayed delivery but now resolved
8 days after £100 order. No sign of product yet. 2 messages to contact them and no response. On plus side, have had product previously and was nice.
Update: They’ve now been in touch and all is well. Excited to receive my order as their margs are excellent

The company was great. Good communication. Great delivery time. The product? OK. Kina too high a price for what would be better made fresh. So easy to make. But glad i tried it. Won't be purchasing again.

Amazing!
Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick and on time. The cocktail itself was very tasty. My personal preference is to have it a little spicier but that's my taste, it doesn't take away from the quality of these drinks.
My only slight negative is the price. The price point makes this a treat rather than a weekly purchase.

Poor Customer Service
Wrongly Placed and order for bottle instead of cans , dropped them email and insta messages after 5 mins of ordering still no one responded back. Bottle got delivered , asked them if they can replace it and no response back.

Unfortunately, because Pimentae drinks are perishable and due to food safety regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We wish we could offer a solution in this case.

Poor presentation
The box arrived damaged and very dusty. Had to wash my hands and clean the box with a tissue. Also did not come with the personalised card I was offered. Disappointing as is a present for a friend. Took photo of the damaged box and dirty tissue and sent it to the company. Have been offered a bottle of Tequila but I paid £55 and I can’t give it as a present.
