Cocktail advent calendar - Great cocktails and super service. Have reordered as so good.

The delivery worked well with useful messages. The products are a Christmas present for younger, but over 18, family members so I await their comments.

Thanks for sorting the delivery out so fast after the item was damaged with yodel. Cannot wait to sample them.

Easy to use subscription, could be slightly easier, on the odd occasion I can’t seem to add or remove extras but can always add them as one offs so never a major issue, products are always delivered quickly and they taste incredible! Cocktail night is much more frequent!

Was great cocktail

Poor experience. Delivery done midnight without intimation and package was left overnight outside. Missing pieces in the boxes and despite emails, extremely poor and slow response from the UK team. Still not resolved as the ETA to respond back to complains isn’t there! Will never use again

You supplied my order quickly to the courier, thank you for that. However the courier was atrocious. I had a notification every day to say my parcel was going to be delivered but it did not turn up. Then when I checked their website it said to contact them as more information was needed. Contacting them was difficult after finally getting through to a person they said they did not need any information there was an issue with the driver. On Saturday the parcel was finally delivered but the cartons were very battered, one was missing its top and had started to leak inside the box. Maybe you should find a different courier if this is how they treat the parcel.

Great products but delivery company sucks. Arrived 3 days after delivery date. Expect better when you pay for delivery !

Love this in cocktails

Parcel sent via Yodel, was eventually “out for delivery” 2 days later than promised. Then get an email saying “returned to sender”. Cant speak to Yodel about it so have to wait for Funkin to respond (who haven’t replied).

Essentially out of pocket for goods which aren’t being delivered. Avoid.

Funkin are great, I use them a lot, BUT...

Their choice of courier is poor. YODEL are absolutely abysmal and cost me a lot of wasted time. This sadly reflects upon the Funkin brand.

I have ordered the product and am still waiting for it, it was supposed to be delivered last week and then told delivery would be on 3rd of December. I am unable to contact Yodel the company you use to deliver by telephone and today received an email from Yodel stating that I must contact you, the retailer. When will I receive my products . I have had no difficulties in previous years. I am not best pleased with this service!!!

The products themselves are fine but we ordered with an expected delivery date confirmed as 28/29th, in time for a celebration on 30th. The products arrived on 2nd Dec and we had no advance communication about the delay, resulting in disappointment for the birthday celebration.

Incorrect item received.

I ordered 10 passion fruit carton's and the box can damaged and one carton has split. I've contacted the company twice to let them know and ask for a refund on the one carton and not heard anything back at all.

Cocktail advent calendar is overpriced, but I knew that when ordering. The 'delivery' (hasn't happend yet) is shocking. Repeated 'sorry we missed you' messages when there is definately someone in. I realise this is not solely FUNKINS fault, but they chose YODEL as a courier, who are dreadful. My contract is with FUNKIN, not YODEL. Wake up FUNKIN, use a more reliable courier, or I won't order from you again...

An excellent cocktail advent calendar offered at a fantastic price. Delivery was incredibly swift. Highly recommend!

Delivery was returned to sender due to an issue with the carrier. Emailed Funkin to ask what the issue was and when I would receive my order, no response. Chased again days later, no response and still no delivery, and no refund. Will now need to do a charge back with my bank.
