Great communication and fast delivery.

I'm sorry to leave this review, but on the 11th of December, I purchased a swing set for my nephews, and according to the FunStuff website, this was in time for a Christmas delivery. Unfortunately it has still not arrived. I emailed the company on the 21st of December by which time I was under the impression it should have arrived, and was advised that due to congestion they changed the delivery to the DPD service. I sent follow up emails on the 23rd of December, the 28th of December, the 30th of December, and now after their break again today. I have not received any reply, or information about the delivery. I contacted DPD who said they required the consignment number, and have asked Fun Stuff for the consignment number so I could follow up that way, but still haven't heard back. I'm sad that the Christmas present for my nephews was not delivered in time for Christmas, and is still missing. I tried to call them today and both their Northern Irish, and Irish phone numbers are not available. I don't know what to do.

Later on the 6th of Jan, the company replied to my last email and arranged for a swing set to be sent as one had not been sent, and it arrived several days later, so resolved which was something.

I ordered a gift on December 1st that they guaranteed would arrive before Christmas. Their cutoff date was December 15th, so I ordered well in advance. The item never arrived, leaving my daughter without her Christmas gift.
Very disappointing and unreliable. I would not order from this company again.

I have used funstuff.ie on several occasions, have to say one of the best companies out there to deal with, replys almost straight away, above and beyond to accommodate, all the products are the best quality, needed a new charger one stage contacted gerry and it was in next days post.
