Schuhe sind maßlos überteuert, auf der Website werden sie als aus Leder bestehend beschrieben, sind aber einfach nur aus billigem Plastik. Das ist dropshipping Ware aus China, die minimalst modifieziert wurde um "Marke" vorzutäuschen. Nachdem die komplette Website immer ganz zufälligerweise im Sale ist, werden auch keine Artikel zurückgenommen. Bloß nichts da einkaufen, da kann man genauso gut auf Shein nach Schuhen suchen. Ist die gleiche Ware, nur günstiger.

The shoes are alright. They are definitely scamming people with the illusion of these shoes being a Parisian brand. These are drop shipped from China. You can find the models you like for 3 times cheaper from the manufacturer. My order was 3 weeks late, and there was no contact or information from the customer service. Considering the return policy and the non-compliance with the EU law, I will never order from them again.

J'ai commandé chez Furansu d'abord une paire de Tabi pour moi et une seconde pour ma copine.
Avec un peu de recul je pense que c'est le meilleur rapport qualité prix.
J'ai été livré une fois en 4 jours et la seconde en 5 jours.
Pour des chaussures en cuire, les tabi sont confortables et de bonne qualité.
Je recommande.

Très content de ma paire de Hikari chez Furansu Paris. Le design est sobre, elles sont plutôt confortables et on sent tout de suite la qualité. Aucun regret.

The shoes I bought at FURANSU PARIS are extremely comfortable and true to size. The leather breaks in easily so you don’t have to worry about blisters and soreness on your feet . They are stylish and fit to every Outfit. Casual or formal. At the beginning you should wear them with the tabi Socks until the bottom of the shoe gets a better grip because at first they are a bit slippery. I would buy them again without hesitation.

my shoes were faulty and they refused to exchange them, saying "the shoes are meant to be like that" even after i sent a video showing the issue.

they don't comply with EU law since they don't accept returns for discounted items (spoiler alert: the items are almost always discounted and that's how they get away with never accepting returns).

they have a 14 day return policy but take days at a time to respond to emails.

overall very sketchy brand, the shoes do look nice and are comfortable but this experience deterred me from buying from them ever again.

I bought shoes on Furansu based on the information provided on the website. I already found it suspicious that there was so little information about the creators/managers of this site. Their Instagram account is also suspicious, with few followers and few likes... There are a few clues that make me think it's not very serious.
Unfortunately, I decided to trust them anyway. Once I placed my order, I realized that the shipment was coming directly from their manufacturer, a factory in China. My suspicions about drop shipping are confirmed: the EXACT same shoe models are on sale on Aliexpress for €50 instead of €90. In fact, Furansu is just a drop shipping front, where my purchase triggers the shipment from China. The designs are not made in Paris. Furansu is simply making a €40 profit at our expense.
What's more, I read the return and/or refund policy: this is only possible on non-sale items! But I suspect that they are ALWAYS on sale. They pretend that the shoes cost more than $100 to begin with, then offer them for $80 or $90 a pair. So you'll never get a refund.

My complaints:
- Lack of transparency about the fact that you are a drop shipping company: you make a huge margin on work that is not yours.
- Lies about the origin of the products, their design, and their prices.
- inability to get a refund/return items
- deception regarding the design of the shoe
- inflated margins

Instead, buy from reputable, well-known brands. Or buy your shoes directly from Aliexpress, where you'll pay almost half the price for the same item!

I'm writing this so that other people don't get ripped off like I did.

Le scarpe vengono importate dalla Cina, la qualità è davvero scarsa per il prezzo che hanno, e sono differenti dalle foto presenti sul loro sito. Inoltre le scarpe risultano sempre scontate, in modo che non sia possibile ottenere un rimborso

Mes amis m’ont offert une paire de chaussures achetée sur ce site. Je fais du 43 pour toutes mes chaussures, mais cette paire est totalement inutilisable : mon talon dépasse de plus de 5 cm. Malgré un achat datant de moins d’un mois, le site refuse tout retour et tout remboursement. Les pointures proposées ne correspondent pas aux standards européens, mais à des tailles asiatiques, sans que cela soit clairement indiqué lors de l’achat. Cette pratique est trompeuse et inacceptable.

I love my tabi! I had a small hiccup (received the wrong order at first) but the customer services helped me at speed light and now I have my beautiful Mary Janes. Would totally buy again.

Je viens enfin de recevoir la paire de chaussures, alors que je n'y croyais plus (sentiment d'anarque au vu des messages toujours rassurants et aléatoires du service après-vente). Elles sont de très bonne facture avec une paire de chaussette offerte
