Foi feita apenas 1 tentativa de entrega pela empresa FEDEX, com isso minha compra esta voltando pra vocês, tentei entrar em contato diversas vezes com a FEDEX e não obtive nenhum retorno. Com isso perdi 1 peça que queria muito, infelizmente não sei se farei a compra novamente.

After reviewing the shipment history, we can see that the package remained at a FEDEX facility for nearly two weeks awaiting either pickup or the arrangement of a new delivery attempt. During this period, FEDEX was expected to contact you to organize one of these options before the package was returned to us.
Unfortunately, the management of delivery attempts and communication with recipients is handled directly by the carrier and is outside of our control.
We completely understand your disappointment, especially as this was a piece you were really looking forward to receiving. We understand your surprise regarding the shipping origin. However, we would like to clarify that this information is clearly stated on our website: while some of our watches are manufactured in Switzerland, our Mechaquartz collection is manufactured in Hong Kong.
This choice is primarily based on logistics and efficiency, as the Mechaquartz movements used in these models originate from Japan. Manufacturing and shipping these watches from Hong Kong allows us to streamline the production process while maintaining the quality standards and attention to detail we expect for every Furlan Marri timepiece.
