New bedding is hard and rough after one wash
I've bought lots of lovely bedding from Furn in the past, but then they went through a rebrand and started selling more expensive bedding sets. My most recent purchase is poor quality. It's been washed once and it is rough like cardboard. It's barely usable on the bed as it is so hard and stiff. I don't think I will order from them again.

The cushions looked threadbare, fabric was unbelievably thin poor quality and the cushions looked 20 years old not new. The feather pads were too small and dreadful beyond belief. Not a second thought about returning these appalling sorrowful excuse of new cushions. They were £36 each, honestly they belong in the bin and not a home. Product did not in anyway resemble the image on the website. Never again will I use this company, I'm truly shocked as to just how bad the product is and how 3 cushions were just put in a poor quality cardboard box without any protection. Beyond my comprehension.

Ordered 3 pairs of curtains then received an email advising they only had 2 in stock but expected more in the new year. I was happy to wait for the 3rd pair but a little anxious in case they didn't come back into stock. Excellent communication from Furn and the third pair of curtains arrived before I expected them. I would use this company again.
Striped Bedding Saga
I've ordered an entire striped bedding set, all items arrived bar the duvet cover which is supposed to arrive by 5th Dec.
Only after chasing the order up myself was I informed that is won't be available now until MAY 2026. SIX MONTHS AWAY?!! And I was not informed whatsoever. I asked for it to be exchanged for a different colour, apparently that could not at all possibly be done on their systems- a simple exchange for an item I don't even have...
You can do exchanges in shops but they can't do a simple thing like this?! I asked to speak to a manager who told me there was no one higher than her and there was nothing they can offer me bar a free returns label.
Instead I purchased a second colour which stated it was in stock - again, I chase it up - and then am told it's out of stock until Dec 11th?!!!
Absolute insanity of a place calling itself a business, shocking service and shocking communication.

Poor quality
I ordered two cushion covers and a throw. The cushion covers are great and good quality. The throw was very poor and really only good for decorative purposes, rather than warmth. I thought about returning the item but decided not too as I would have to pay £3.95 and find an Evri return shop... too much hassle. It's in the back of a cupboard now, which is shame.

Bought some Furn Christmas bedding from Next.
The colour bled onto my fitted sheet. Had it on my bed for 1 week before I washed it. The colour completely faded, the hem came apart and it went all bobbly. Took it back for a full refund. Very disappointing as the red woodland animal print looked beautiful.

ALL I CAN SAY IS DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I have been waiting since August 31/24 for 2end tables I purchased. Besides other excuses they use, their most replies say”. YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. To this day after many emails back and forth I still get the same reply BE PATIENT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.” It has now been 51 days. And no tables. This was a SCAM. They will not even consider a refund, although I have requested such many times.

Ordered 3 cushions that looked lovely and good quality on their site. When they arrived two had different colours running through and pulled. Colour different from from photo. When I sent them back and requested an refund I received only £27.50 of £48.00 which apparently was due to a different price of return than stated on their website. No reply to my email when I queried the amount refunded and cost of returns. I would never use or recommend this company.

Purchased x2 duvet covers, said dispatched last Monday (15th July ), but nothing arrived, now Saturday. Raised two queries with them but nil response. I will take this to the small claims court if not resolved.

Item I bought came with a massive stain on it and when the refund was finally processed they did not provide me with the full amount and kept £5 which I had to once again dispute with them. A company should not give customers this many problems.

Emailed Furn to tell them about my Duvet set which ran very badly. Read reviews that said wash before use so did when I got it, wow did it run, everything blue leaving it streaked and looking like it was 100 years old. Reply back was, sorry to hear that, thanks for taking the time to let us know so we can avoid this happening to OTHER CUSTOMERS - thats it no exchange no offer of partial refund, gift voucher nothing. Really poor could'nt care less attitude :0(

Update: contacted by customer services who offered 20% refund and keep the item or return for full refund/replacement. All sorted in the end
Terrible company to order from
Terrible company to order from. I have been chasing a refund for ages with no contact from this company. I eventually get an email to say they have offered me a refund but the refund is for £15 when I paid £20 for the item. No explanation as to why my refund is £5 less than I paid - tantamount to theft. Do not order from this company !
Awful company!
Ordered 7 cushion covers returned 5 firstly had to chase for refund, eventually received refund but not the amount due have tried to contact customer service on numerous occasions to find out why the shortfall in refund.
No reply like previous customers on here.

Refund Incorrect, no response
Items received and were lovely quality but not what I wanted. Returned 4 items worth £30.78 and received a refund of just £9.58. Not responding to any communications requesting that the balance be refunded. The refund doesn't even match the value of one of the items.

Delivery for cushion covers stated 2/3 days. One took 3 weeks the other took 2 months. Not good for first order. Would not use Furn again.
Theft?
Placed an online order on 30 August, expected to be received in 2-3 working days. As of 26 September it has still not been dispatched. I contacted Furn on instagram to ask for help and they gave me an email address. I sent an email on 20 September to ask for a full refund but have not had a response, other than an autoreply saying they aim to respond within 24 hours (lol). So I am £40+ out of pocket and doesn't look like I will ever get my order or my money back. This is theft.
