Purchased from them over 4 weeks ago, reading the reviews I wished I had not bothered, WARNING stay away from them. First response blamed Evri, which is a common theme reading the reviews. No responses since, I have requested a refund twice, no response. Next stop is trading standards. The owner MR KAMIL SIEDZIELNIK, obviously thinks its ok to run a business with zero customer service and just help himself to peoples money.

Do not purchase anything from this company it is Fraud. They will not send you your product and they will claim EVRI have lost it.

THEY ALSO HANG UP REGULARLY ON YOU AND WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS

I HAVE HAD TO RAISE A VISA CHARGE BACK AGAINST THIS SELLER

Disappointing Experience – Unreliable and Poorly Communicative

We ordered drawer rails from this company with a clear delivery date promised — a deadline that was important for keeping our project on track. Unfortunately, the rails were not delivered on time, and although there has been a small amount of communication, it’s been minimal, vague, and ultimately unhelpful.

We’ve had to chase them repeatedly for updates, with long delays between responses and no clear answers. The lack of urgency or accountability has been extremely frustrating and has disrupted our schedule.

This level of service is simply not acceptable in a trade environment where timing and reliability matter. Based on our experience, we won’t be using this supplier again, and we’d caution others to be very careful before relying on them

Placed an order and didn’t receive when expected. Contacted customer support and was told that Evri had “lost” the parcel, though they couldn’t provide tracking number. Asked for a refund, was ignored for weeks, phone and email. Finally got my money back through visa charge back. AVOID.

I spend £50 on drawer runners and they never arrived. They ignored my emails and I ended up getting a refund through my bank

one of the drawer runners from my previous order broke, but that was probably my fault. I ordered a replacement and was quoted 3-5 working days, which was nine working days ago. No answer on the phone.
So...I remain hopeful and have confidence in the product, but there's no getting away from it - the service is in need of improvement.

Placed an order a while ago - after a lot of chasing, a very small fraction of what we ordered and paid for arrived. Tried to contact them again multiple times with no response. Filed a chargeback with the bank for the balance of our order and Furnica had the audacity to dispute it. Still in an ongoing dispute with them. It's clear the people operating Furnica are doing what they can to keep bringing in as much money as possible without actually sending any goods out. I suspect they will dissolve the business at some point, leaving customers out of pocket. BUY FROM FURNICA AT YOUR OWN RISK

Made an online order which I presume had an automated response saying the the order was placed and would be delivered in 2-5 days two weeks later there’s no further details and no delivery. No one answers the phone so don’t try. No one answered emails, so don’t bother. I did get a response from the Facebook page which I can only presume was a bit because when I raised a grievance it all fell silent! Had my bank return the money to me. I’ll never use again. AVOID

They never deliver your order and just keep delaying and blaming the courier. Whilst never providing even a tracking to begin with.

Made an order several weeks ago, expected 2-5 days delivery. Have not received the goods, have not been offered an explanation, and now are not responding to my emails.

Starting the process of issuing a charge back with my bank as they have taken my money without any goods in return.

Total scammers , take your money fail to deliver item then try to avoid paying you a refund. They even had the cheek to try and wait till last day of a dispute to stop paying refund. Luckily i paid via master card so was able to file a charge back and they tried to dispute this because they are small tin pot bunch scammers .

No delivery, no reply to emails, telephone not picked up. Do not order from this company

Have bought off them many times before without a problem, but have been waiting three weeks for an order.
Not sure what's happening to this company, but there service is currently piss poor.

I ordered from them back in Jan and after two weeks hadn't received anything. I emailed them and then the next day my item was sent out and arrived ok. So I placed a bigger order in March (I regret this!!) and I had confirmation and then never received anything, emailed them, they lied and said they'll contact Evri and then ignored ALL other emails. I tried to call the number and they never picked up and now looks like they've blocked my number. They are not responding to my emails and have taken my money and not actually sent anything. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Avoid at all costs! I wish I had read these reviews first.
Ordered a sideboard, after a month of nothing arriving I emailed to get fobbed off with excuses. Now I have emailed asking for a refund and have got nothing back. Will be seeking advice from my bank as to how to get my money back

AVOID! This company will happily accept your money but never actually deliver something.

I had a few items on order, NEVER received a dispatch or tracking information. They Blame EVRi for the loss of the package.
I was actually recommended this company by a friend that runs a rather big worldwide company that deals with this company. I think ill be having words with him to get a change of company on the agenda than these cowboys.

Recent purchase seems to be the same as a lot of other reviews.
In 2022 I made a successful couple of purchases, however in February 2025 I tried purchasing drawer runners.
After 2 weeks I emailed to check on the order when they told me that Evri had made a mistake and Furnica would press them for more details and send another order out if the reason was not good enough.
Following this I have had no further response on emails or phone calls. The mobile number rings about 5 times then diverts to a different number which rings 3 times then cuts off.
It would seem that something has happened to the company and I would avoid.

Order never arrived. Never answered phone. Only responded to emails. Initially said they would chase it up with Evri but no response until I chased it up. Then said they could send them again or I could have a refund. Opted for the refund but it didn't arrive for weeks. Finally got the money back but only after saying I would take them to the small claims court, that they would lose and that they would have to pay my costs. Shocking service.
