I bought a wardrobe from this site and paid extra for fitting. The fitter, Raj, seemed to do a good job at first, but the next day when I started using it, I noticed it was leaning, the doors were jammed, and there were open screw holes visible. The left side looked like it was about to collapse—very unsafe to have at home.

I called the handyman who told me to contact the company, which I did multiple times but got no response. In the end, I had to pay £220 to have the whole thing taken down and scrapped. Total waste of money.

Save yourself the trouble—spend a bit more at a reliable store like Amazon where at least you get proper customer service. Once these guys take your money, they disappear. No way to get in touch. Terrible service

My experience with Raj was wonderful.
He got to work immediately and was very professional. He finished fixing a big wardrobe very quickly and done it well I am very happy with the results.
I would highly recommend Raj!

I recently purchased four wardrobes from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The quality of the wardrobes is outstanding – sturdy, stylish, and exactly as described. Delivery was prompt, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

I had quite bad experience with this company.
I ordered a sofa bed from them which supposed to be delivered in one week time but I received after 3 weeks.
The sofa looks nice but is very uncomfortable, after lying on it I started to have back pain, after sitting on it my bottom got numb. Afte all of this I called the company to return the sofa back because they have 30 days to return policy, but they refused because the sofa is not in box, but sofa did not come in box , it was covered just with bubble wrap.
They said that I had to return on the day when they decided, but how I was supposed to know that this will happen until it will be used.
I am very disappointed and frustrated with this situation because this doesn’t cost a penny it cost a lot of money. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered the "America" wardrobe in black from furnishmycrib uk and it’s been a complete nightmare. The boxes I received were completely mismatched – some were size 120, some 180, and the names on the boxes didn’t even match what’s listed on their website. On top of that, one of the boxes was wet inside at the bottom, which caused the wood to get damp and slightly swollen. Totally unacceptable for something I paid nearly £300 for.
I tried calling them all day to get help, but no one answered. They claim to accept card payments, but strongly push for cash, which makes it much harder to hold them accountable when things go wrong. I had bought a cheap sofa from them before – not great quality, but I figured I’d give them another chance. Big mistake.
Now I’m left with a wardrobe I can’t use and will have to pay someone just to remove it. I’ve seen others mention similar problems – I should’ve listened. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company completely. Not worth the stress or the money

Would have given ‘0 stars’ if that was an option. Anyone that’s given this place anymore more that ‘1 star’ definitely works there
• Delivery guys dont talk much they just demand money to take upstairs. I had to pay because the wardrobe was there already and i had waited 2 weeks already. (£10) for 5 steps up x 2. Even though I paid they still didnt tske all the flatpacks upstairs. My prenant wife and I had to take 1 Heavy box upstairs. So i paid the delivery guys fee to not finish as well.

Bought a sofa and swivel chair — sofa was fine for two days, then the chair stopped spinning and the metal started coming off. I had bought a wardrobe from them before and it was good quality, so I trusted them again. Big mistake.
Delivery driver demanded £30 extra just because of a few steps — wasn't told about this before, and I had no choice but to pay.

For the price, the sofa is awful. Definitely not worth it. Their wardrobes are good, but their sofas are rubbish.

Save your money and shop elsewhere. They sell sofas for £500 you can find for £299 online. Also, they don’t answer calls when there’s a problem. Be careful and don’t pay cash!

I buy sofa from this website, and I must say, very disappointed. The quality is so bad, I can lift the sofa with one hand, it is so light! The bottom of the sofa has big dent, and I don’t like how the sitting part feel, very bad. The material on top look good but the quality of sitting is terrible, no comfort at all.

They say it’s 4 seater corner sofa, but it can only fit 3 people, very small. The size is not what they say on website. I try to call them to return the sofa, but they don’t pick phone. I call many times, no answer. I was even ready tonoay anything extra for them to pick it up as i csnt get another sofa in while this is here.

This sofa only cost few hundred pounds, but better go to DFS, spend little more and they will give you proper warranty and guarantee. These people take cash and after delivery, you won’t hear from them again. They don’t care once they have your money. Before you order, they are very sweet, but after delivery, it’s like they forget you.

Please, do your research and don’t buy from them. They scam people. why would a company charge cash in 2025? tax evasion?

Scam company sent me an email saying I would recieve my order next week and must pay cash on delivery when I have never placed an order with them!

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from this company. I’ve called them more times today than I can count—over 20 calls, probably more—and all I’m met with is silence or them hanging up as soon as they hear my voice. I paid a ridiculous amount for a handyman to install my wardrobe, and now the shelves have dropped on one side and the doors are coming off the rails. It’s not only frustrating, but it’s unsafe, especially since I have a disabled child in the house.

I’ve had no issues with the bed and sofa I bought from them last month, but now it’s like they couldn’t care less. I’ve tried everything, even calling from different numbers, and still, no response. They just refuse to take responsibility. Honestly, avoid this company at all costs—they’re thieves, and they don’t care about their customers.

Horrible Service, No Communication, and Wasted Money

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Furnish My Crib. After encountering multiple issues with my sofa order, I feel compelled to share my experience.

From the start, things went wrong. On the day of delivery, I had been told I would receive a call, but I had to contact them myself. They gave me only 45 minutes' notice, calling me at 8 PM to inform me they would arrive at 9 PM. To my surprise, they never showed up that night.

The following day, I received a call early in the morning claiming there were issues with the van. However, I was never contacted in advance, and the communication was extremely poor throughout. Eventually, I ended up with a sofa that is completely unusable, and I am out $550, as they only accept cash payments and don’t offer card payment options.

Additionally, I was charged an extra $50 for delivery, even though I live just 10 minutes away from their location. This charge contradicts their advertised "free delivery" policy.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they have ignored my calls, hung up on me, and have not responded to any of my emails. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't value customer service.

I’m giving this review 2 stars because I believe the quality of the furniture might be okay, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. It seems clear to me that Furnish My Crib does not prioritize resolving issues, so make your own decision before considering them.

I received my sofa today the Ashwin Plush Velvet 3 Seater and 2 Seater Sofa Set - Grey. Wow I’m so happy delivery guys were very helpful. The sofa is absolutely beautiful thank you so much 🙏🏼😀

This company is very unorganised, they do not stick to the time frame that THEY give, they do not communicate if they are delayed or early. I was given a time slot in the morning to recieve a wardrobe 1pm-4pm, they did not contact me until 17:45 to state they will be arriving in 40 minutes. By this time I had already left my property to enjoy what was left of the day of half term. They said they will reschedule for next working day, I informed I will be at work so what time will the wardrobe and I was told 4pm. On the following day I received a call to say the wardrobe will be arriving between 4pm-6pm, I replied great I will be back by then. At 15:16pm I got a call stating they was 10 minutes away, although terms and conditions states they will call when they are 30 minutes away. I stated I was informed arrival was between 4pm-6pm so ca that time to be stuck to, they stated they are running early that day so they cannot and they cannot wait until 4pm. I was annoyed as the communication was terrible yet again a 2nd day in a row, I called the office and was told they are early and cannot wait until 4pm because they have other deliveries. I asked can they not deliver after as I was on the school run, I was then told the 4pm-6pm was an estimate and they do not have to stick to it although THEY gave me the time frame. I was so annoyed I just told them to cancel my order, I will never order from here again, do not waste your time as they are not efficient and the communication is disgusting.

Just bought a wardrobe from furnish my crib,I didn’t expect such a good quality for the amount of money I spent!

Received my delivery really quick they brought it inside my house
And it was cash on delivery

Both delivery guys was very friendly and nice
And the sofa is really good I got it in black the Morris Sofa
