Had a delivery yesterday of my sofas absolutely love them delivery was spot on well definitely use again

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
Absolutely shocking service. I placed an order, selected a delivery date, and received a confirmation email stating my order had been received and that I would receive a call on the morning of delivery with an exact time.
The morning arrived—no call. When I contacted the company, I was informed that they do not deliver to my area. This was after I had already taken a day off work and dismantled my old wardrobe in preparation.
When I asked why I had been allowed to place the order and receive a confirmation, the man I spoke to simply dismissed my concerns, saying it wasn’t his problem. His excuse? They receive too many emails and can’t reply to them all.
This company is utterly careless and incompetent. Their customer service is appalling, and the attitude of their staff is unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs!

Furnish my crib is a BIG lier, If you so sorry as to your comments come back for your wardrobe.
I doubt if it's not you get friends and family to pretend to be a customer to lie that they buy from you and thatb they get good service just to get a good reviews.
You are a wicked person, I don't know what i have done to you to get the wrong style and colour wardrobe and you refuse to take it back.
You are evil.

Perfect home furniture (sofa bed )very good service same day delivery

Super good service and and super good sofa. Had a late night order and it got delivered the next day. Sofa was put together by the delivery guys within 10 minutes and I had a brand new very comfortable sofa in my living room!

Very fast delivery and great price for quality. I ordered at 10pm and it came the next day at 1pm. The guys was also very helpful , Would recommend

Excellent sofa for the price, the seat cushions are a little firm but I’m sure they will soften up over time. One thing that stands out about this company however is the customer service - it is fantastic! Ordered at 9pm and it was delivered the next day. I was given a 3 hour time slot and then a call when they were an hour away. The guys that delivered were friendly, polite, helpful and super honest (I had accidently given an extra £20 more than my order and they noticed when checking the cash and gave me the money back!). Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again.

I’m yet to receive the sofa however I felt obliged to write a review, So I ordered a sofa to be delivered today I didn’t receive a phone call in the morning to state what time they are coming, I decided to make up way to my flat just incase they turn up bare in mind I’ve been here all day and it is now 8:30pm and I’m still get to receive and type of communication. I’m haven’t received any phone calls or text also the office is closed on the weekend so there is absolutely no way of contacting anyone , I’ve send an email as well as an Instagram DM. I double checked the invoice many times and I can confirm that today is the actual delivery date. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional I’m highly disappointed in the service so far. I will update the review if I receive my sofa and what time they come if they do come! Thank God I didn’t pay upfront im a peace knowing that as this would feel like I’ve been scammed and would be panicking. I will add a follow up review on the quality of the sofa and what time they attend but so far I’m disappointed and frustrated.

Update … it is currently 11pm and no one has contacted me or attempted to deliver I haven’t received a cancellation or anything type of communication what’s so ever. My entire day has been wasted and I’m extremely irritated this is beyond shocking and ridiculous. I have sent a follow up email and will be making a call first thing Monday. Absolute diabolical behaviour.

Ok third and final review.. it’s now the next day and no one has called I decided yesterday that I didn’t want to put any money into this company as a result of their actions anyways after making this decision I went online looking for an alternative of course with only well established companies with outstanding reputations. So decided to go on B&Q whilst on the website I ironically came across a familiar sofa it happened to be the exact one on furnish my crib the picture just seemed to be flipped I was in complete shock . Upon further investigation I can confirm that it’s the same sofa which has left me completely baffled and had led me to believe that is could ultimately be a scam also after seeing the reviews and past customers have received delivery’s that are incorrect, either it’s not the right colour or just completely the wrong product all together even through it is cash in hand then proceed to charge you up to £70 for a return which as well. Leads me to believe how they actually make there money as people may have the means to send it back. It’s highly alarming if a company is constantly making errors but that then decide that you should pay £70 to rectify there mistake.

Once again I’m so glad I didn’t pay yet and even if I did I would have used PayPal at minimum because they handle situations of fraud swiftly. Please don’t ignore the other negative reviews as it’s highly ironic that’s 97% of the customers are apparently “satisfied” but there are only a select handful of people that have a complained. If you choose to go with this company then that’s you own self inflicted issue you have caused .

I was a little dubious at first, but then realised what can go wrong with cash on delivery. In the end I was right to trust these folks and honestly the exceeded my expectations. Ring them, and speak to a human being !! Always polite and helpful. Delivery drivers , again polite, efficient and had a sense of humour.
Product , I love it , exactly as described. Brilliant people to deal with and will definitely be my go to for furniture

I was a little skeptic as the price point was was almost too good to be true . Delivery went very smoothly, Delivery guys fazed and Ricky were polite , they instantly were ready to remove there shoes as they saw I had brand new carpets. Luckily I had foot covers . I was updated on estimated arrival. The sofas I ordered were exactly as described in the pictures , the quality was a pleasant surprise very good sturdy sofa. I can tell they will last years . Will definitely be using there company again . Thank you @ Furnish My Crib 🙂

Love my new sofa. Ordered it last night and got it today by lunchtime. Found the exact same one in Debenhams for £130 more!

I ordered the Luca Jumbo Cord Fabric Brown with Beige Corner Sofa - Right Side and it has been amazing. It was delivered with care from Ricky and Faisal who also unwrapped and put the couch together. The prices are great giving the quality and I would recommend Furnish My crib to friends and family and would look here for more things furniture as they have a range for my place after the experience I had.

Very happy with the service provided! They company is reliable and try to get couches out instantly. They even offer support in helping assembling the couches as well. For a 1st time buyer not bad at all to consider.

I am regretting why I bought my wardrobe from this website. Because their products qualities are very bad. When I ordered they gave me next day delivery and they provide a handyman which I paid higher payment then others to fix my wardrobe. But he damaged it when he fixed it. I phoned the person but he didn't respond my phone calls, I am very disappointed.

Definitely a company I would recommend. I was sceptical at first about next day delivery and cash on delivery payment but proved myself wrong.

Communication throughout was amazing. I received a call early in the day to confirm details and was provided with a delivery timeslot. Delivery guys were communicative and friendly as well.

I considered attempting assembly but gave up after opening the boxes as it felt too complicated (ordered a massive sliding door wardrobe). Gave the company a call the next day, fitting service was immediately arranged. Handyman Khan did an amazing job building the wardrobe all on his own.

Great service and experience throughout. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Can't fault anything at all. Will certainly purchase from them again and highly recommend to friends.
