Avoid at all costs
Placed and order for a coffee table on August 23. As of today I have not received a reply from their customer service email. I also called their customer service phone line and a woman answered who did not give me confidence in what she was doing. I told her to cancel my order and she said something about taking 10 days to do that.
At this point I want to cancel my order due to the abysmal customer service and time it's taken to fulfill this order. The frustrating part is how difficult it is to contact them. I even tried to DM them on Instagram but no one seems to be managing that account. Also their website seems to be down as of today September 28.
I want to cancel this order based on what other people have gone through here.
Not worth the headache
I bought a tv stand on May 16, 2023. The website said it would arrive in 10-14 days. The order confirmation said it would arrive in 15-17 days. I reached out to customer service about the late delivery and was told it was one of their most popular items and was being shipped from China. It took 6 weeks to arrive. The delivery driver left it in the middle of my driveway. As I unpacked it, i noticed the 4 largest pieces were damaged. I took photos of the damage and emailed customer service asking for parts to replace the damaged ones. They offered me a completely different style, one that in fact cost less money than i had spent on the one i had purchased, i told them i would like the exact same product or a refund. I offered to repackaged the damaged product and send it back to them. I was told I would have a full replacement in 7-10 days, and was not asked to send the damaged one back, despite my offer. That was 8 weeks ago (June 29, 2023). I have called and emailed multiple times asking for simply a status update for this replacement. Has it been shipped? Is it still making its way from China? Are elves whittling it out of wood as we speak? Who knows. I have not gotten a single response since I was told the replacement would be shipped on June 29, 2023. I would not have been disappointed with the product had it arrived in perfect condition. Now, after weeks of no replies about the status of the replacement product, I have asked for a refund. Again, these requests have been met with no responses. I plan to keep trying, but I'm sure it will be a fruitless effort on my part. How do these people sleep at night? Probably on a huge pile of ill-gotten cash.

Been waiting for my couch for over 2 months
I ordered a couch months ago and I haven't yet received it. I have followed up with them several times and they have not responded.

Don’t trust this furniture site.
This company’s designs look great but let the buyer beware; should your furniture arrive with a defect or not match what was described on the website they will “work with you” over email long enough for the return policy to expire. Then they will disengage from any contact, leaving you stuck with lousy build-instructions (way worse than what you’d see for IKEA furniture) on an item you wish you could get your money back on, or at least have un-broken pieces for, or was the right color/finish as it was pictured.

If I could give them a 0 star I would have. Placed my order about 2 months ago and contacted them multiple times and they informed that they have the item in stock and it will be shipped out soon. I contacted them again after a while and they told me the item is coming from overseas and once it gets to NY we will give u a tracking. After 2 montha of waiting they emailed me and let me know that the item is out of stock.Wow...unbelievable...would not ever purchase anything from them.

Very bad customer service
I have placed an order on June 4, at that time furnitry messenger service was very responsive. After placing order there has been no response at all. I was told processing time of 13-17 days that is already done. Customer service number goes to voicemail and no response to messages. No responses to Facebook messenger chat or to email over the past week.
Avoid this Company
I ordered a vanity in April. I have been the one staying in touch to know when my product will be delivered. I just received a tracking number. Supposedly it will be here this coming week. I’m really hoping I don’t have to go the route of everyone else and get my bank involved and the product is actually delivered. We ordered a futon and after 6 weeks and no delivery, we had to fill out a fraud claim through our bank. The company kept telling me the delivery was delayed when I inquired about a delivery date. SCAM
Keep away from them!
I have encountered a problem with a sofa bed that I recently purchased from the company. The wheels, which are designed to facilitate the transformation of the sofa into a bed, consistently slip when the sofa is in the seated position. Consequently, whenever someone sits down and leans against the back of the couch, the seating portion unexpectedly slides open, creating a significant gap. Unfortunately, this issue led to a safety incident wherein my daughter slipped into the gap caused by the malfunction and became trapped. My daughter no longer feels comfortable sitting on the sofa bed due to this distressing experience.
Considering the potential danger this situation poses, along with the overall poor quality of the sofa bed, I promptly contacted the company to request a return and refund for the product. However, to my disappointment, they have refused to accommodate my request. I had to initiate a credit card transaction dispute to address the issue. This has been our most disappointing online purchasing experience to date.

This company is a SCAM. It took us 3 months and getting our bank involved to get our money back. They don’t give you an estimate of when the item will arrive and then keep stringing you along and eventually just straight up stop responding. BEWARE.

UPDATE: After blasting them on social media and filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision. They FINALLY relented and sent me a refund. The trick is to BLAME them and SHAME them into compliance.
They have given me several excuses over the course of more than two months why they can not deliver my sofa. It is not in stock, even though the website says it is. It is coming from Hong Kong. It is locked down on the dock in a union strike. We shipped it. Printed a label but has not been picked up by UPS. We do not know where it is. Have asked for a refund not less than a dozen times and have been ignored. FRAUD.

Shipping Isn’t Reliable At All
UPDATE : I had to report them as fraud to my bank because they just kept lying about shipping and refund. They are absolute frauds.
Super frustrated and had high hopes. When I placed the order it said in stock and up to 15 days to delivery. When I asked for a shipping update it was not in stock and being shipped from Hong Kong, it would be 3-4 weeks. Approaching 4 weeks and they literally still can’t provide me an idea of delivery. I’m fighting now to get a refund we’ll see how that goes.
