Good quick delivery,

I received my shoe cupboard today easy to put together and looks great in my spare room. Good quality too. Many thanks.

First of all, we had to phone to chase delivery after it had been over 2 weeks since ordering, we had a balance to pay which I paid promptly, but when we called to chase they hadn’t any record of us paying £80 over the phone 2 weeks prior.
Then we heard the girl go and talk to a man when she thought we were on hold, and I had to quickly get my bank statement up to screenshot and send it to them as proof we made the payment, when it should’ve been recorded on their system.
Then we finally received the wardrobe, many parts were already cracked or damaged and then putting it together we realised just how cheap the materials are, some parts just coming apart without requiring any effort. Put together the wardrobe looks fine but we know how much of a mess it is underneath it all. Definitely won’t be returning to this website and will not be recommending to anyone. Waste of money!

The packaging of the item was excellent.
Delivery was poor as they emailed on the morning of delivery which did not give enough notice to get out of work to take delivery.
Instructions were useless and some fixings were missing.
For the original price of this product the drawer runners are made to a very cheap quality.
The overall quality of the item does not match the price it cost.

Pet arrived damaged in transit - really quick email and replacement pet sent really quickly

I bought an over the bed unit
The cupboard doors have wooded slats /. I thought they were real wood
In the picture ……No there a print …look good but very cheap option
Be careful there
2. I bought the units in a sale I didn’t need them just yet …maybe 2 to 3 weeks early , as still finishing of bits in the bedroom getting it ready
Painting etc
This is a problem to the company
As if you don’t fit these in 7 days and report any damages
The policy tells you to do one !!!
So after 2 weeks I put it together and fitted it
The . Packaging was good not damaged and well protected
But one of my small doors had a chip at the top and face side from the factory 100% as polystyrene all around it and just sitting there packed with a chip in it !! quality control non-existent there
The damage to the door ….sticks out like a sore thumb
Dark grey and now light brown chip wood showing
they also gave me one to many hinges of one type
There going to change that
But the door Per policy they won’t change so be very careful
Customer service after 7 days doesn’t exist

I have not received the order. I havent heard from the courier with a date. I have sent two emails to furniture factor and had no reply. I called them and they said they would reply to email and they haven't.

After reading the reviews on trust pilot, checking the company making sure I wasn’t going to be scammed (it’s been happening a lot lately) I’ve decided to buy the over the bed unit. I arranged handy-man to come around and install it for me and OMG! I am so, so pleased with the outcome. The only downside is, I bought the darker grey colour and it’s made my room look slightly darker than it actually is. This though is my own fault. I will brighten the room by changing my curtains and the light bulb.

I absolutely love the look of my new room and, yes I would definitely recommend the company and the unit.

Order arrived on time as predicted, delivery people were very caring and thoughtful, respectful and, friendly.

REMARCABLE COMUNICATION, adjusted my order in literally 2 seconds . The MARSHMELLOW sofa Is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! Thank you for ver so much. Apart from the delivery riders that said they could not bring it in as it is too heavy so they ve l ft me 60 kg petite to carry it out of the frosty sleepery footpath by myself and made m sign for it that Is have refused to have it brought in ar the ground floor. Greateful to God for passbyers whom did it for free🫶

Quick delivery but the box was torn apart, all corners were fully exposed and the glue stick (used for assembly ) was nearly lost.
The item is shipped using some cheap not durable cardboard and polystyrene, with latter fell apart and all contents inside were covered in balls of polystyrene. Took half an hour of vacuum until could actually proceed with assembly. Annoyingly, some were stuck inside the drawer rails which were hard to remove.
The item was damaged in the top corner, sad thing it was on top so very visible. It is inside drawer for wardrobe so luckily it is not as obvious.
The drawer is a good size but feels it may not last long as the drawers assembled using glue(!!!)
Overall, although the item itself fits my purpose, its quality and the state of the delivery are far from being perfect. Have lots of pictures as proof but don’t have the option to attach them here.
