Excellent service! Ordered a bed and mattress on the Monday and they arrived on the Thursday. Bed was very easy to assemble and its very comfortable and brilliant quality. Would definitely recommend and will be using this company again.

Great bed olive green looks really well in my son's room. One thing I will say is the instructions are confusing and could do with written instructions. If anyone is having trouble like I did the answer is yes the 2 pieces of wood goes at the bottom and there are 20 screws not 16 (5 holes each piece) and you do need to screw them into the flush wood panel it was quite straightforward after that.

The bed was delivered very quickly, within just two or three days, but unfortunately one of the panels arrived broken.

I contacted customer service immediately and provided everything they requested, including photos and proof of purchase. Their solution was to charge me an additional €25 for shipping so the manufacturer could send a replacement panel.

Why should I have to pay another €25 for something that was damaged when it arrived? This wasn't my fault. Can they guarantee that the replacement won't be damaged during shipping as well? If it arrives broken again, am I expected to keep paying €25 every time?

Is this really how you handle furniture that arrives damaged during delivery? My experience with your after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I would advise other buyers to think twice before purchasing from this company. The customer service is unreliable, and the product quality has not met my expectations.

Excellent quality and really easy delivery

Ordered a guest fold up bed, which arrived exactly as described. I'm delighted with my purchase.. the delivery was amazing, I placed my order in the afternoon and got a phone call in the evening to say my purchase would be with me the next day. I can't praise Furniture next day enough. Great service.

Ordered a JayBe foldable bed from Furniture Next Day. I was contacted less than 2 hours after placing order with details on delivery due the following day. Delivery driver notified me when he was on the way, really friendly and helpful. Had the bed delivered and set up within 24 hours. Absolutely amazing service, bed is exactly what we needed. Great service ordered bunk beds on a wednesday and had them on thursday. Couldnt believe it best delivery time ive ever had. Driver was very friendley and helpful. Would order again.

Did a bit of research and went with this company due to range and quality of fold out beds, very happy with it, really good quality, it’s so comfortable too, we’re a tall family too. Delivery is not next day but we got it within 3 days which is excellent, delivery guy was really friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience

I was happy with my purchase, my enquiries by email in advance of ordering were answered quickly and when I phoned them the staff were helpful and co-operative (it's always a good thing when you can get to speak with customer service by phone). Overall I must say it was a good experience and I have already recommended to a friend.
