I'm still waiting on a £50 refund for a brand-new sofa I bought from you a couple of months ago.

Yes, you heard it right. If you buy anything new from those people and anything happens to it just a couple months after, they will offer you something like 5% of the item’s value back. They first offered us a £15 refund for a sofa we paid well over £300 for a couple of months ago. After I complained and waited a long time, it went up to £30, and after I complained again and waited another week, it went up to £50 cash and £50 store credit. I still haven’t received anything. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from people who behave like this.

An amazing Company to buy and deal with. All Love Furniture Team are just so helpful especially Marta, Sophie and Greta, any questions I had no matter the day/time which ever Lady was working they helped me so much.
Our Stunning Bed and Mattress was delivered this morning by the Fantastic Sean. Even though it was 8am he was Cheerful and Accommodating.
For Look, Value for Money, for Amazing Staff and Business I will be recommending here to everyone.
Thanks again everyone for making our purchases so easy and we’ll definitely be back to shop for more amazing Deals.

I order and the process was quite fast and simple..Great communication the driver was very friendly and punctual.
The wardrobe after being assembled was not the one I ordered but I still stuck with it and it has so much space .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS. They are thieves and liars. I bought and paid for a bed which they subsequently didn't have in stock. They refused to refund my money and we are now 6 weeks down the line. They do not have the stock that they claim to have. This is a scam website and they scammed me.

The furniture I bought is beautiful and excellent value for money! The service from Marta was top draw very helpful! Even down to delivery from Dec who was really supportive and helpful! Highly recommend this company! 10 out of 10

such nice people to chat to was so clear and helpful clarisse was lovely and so helpful the delivery was so smooth and good the man was very nice and not one bit rude went over and said hi to my dog and all and was lovely to chat to i would definitely recommend anyone ordering off them and i will be ordering again the quality of the bed for the price is 10/10

Honestly cannot believe how badly this order has been handled.I ordered a wardrobe two weeks ago and paid for it in full, including the additional charge for assembly. The delivery was arranged, so I made plans around having the wardrobe delivered and assembled as agreed.

Then, on the actual day of delivery, I was told that they didn't even have the wardrobe in stock and therefore couldn't deliver it.

How is it possible to take full payment for an item, arrange a delivery date and then only discover on the day of delivery that you don't actually have the product?

What has made the situation even worse is the absolutely shocking customer service since then. I have been trying to contact them to arrange a refund, but they are not answering the phone, and I have been left chasing them for my own money.

I have paid for a product I haven't received, paid for an assembly service that obviously wasn't provided, and now I can't even get a response from the company to arrange my refund.

This isn't just disappointing — it is completely unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to spend their time chasing a company because it failed to check its own stock before taking payment and arranging delivery.

The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and has completely destroyed my confidence in this company. Taking someone's money is the easy part — providing the product and having the basic courtesy to communicate when something goes wrong is apparently much harder. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect much in the way of communication or customer service.

I am now simply waiting for the full refund of the money I paid, including the assembly charge. What should have been a straightforward wardrobe purchase has turned into an absolute nightmare.

I ordered off the website nearly 3 weeks ago. I’ve been waiting on a delivery of a sofa which I’ve been told three different times which day will be delivered when can be delivered. There was no contact of the driver so I contacted them and they told me, did I not receive it yet? Which I replied now we’re going back-and-forth with text messages they told me they actually didn’t have the sofa and they weren’t sure what they’re gonna do. They kept us telling me they’re being in contact with me which I had to keep contact them over and over again looking for answers which I still don’t have I would never ever shop with these again has been the worst customer service I’ve ever seen I have all the text messages to prove how bad it was

Had a very pleasant experience when ordering from Love Furniture. No problems or hassle at all. I bought a nest of tables this time but will definitely be buying more furniture later in the year. Thank you Clarisse.

Got a bed delivered on the 7th off September, was kept upto date with delivery times , Marta n Dec were both very polite n friendly n chatty

I ordered 2 shelves 23.07.2026. Little did I know - not in stock - took my money quickly enough! When I queried delivery date after 2 weeks, was told to wait a few more. 6 weeks on and still getting the same runaround to wait more - no actual date could be confirmed - replied twice trying to get me to order different shelves - very different to the size I need - unbelievable logic (not) - like how tick can you be?! I requested a refund - they closed the ticket and did not reply. I tried to support local Irish business and this is the crap I had to deal with! NEVER AGAIN! AVOID!!!

Love Furniture was the easiest customer experience I’ve ever had across any business, they were quick to respond, kind when answering questions, they really work with you to provide the best they can and the quality of there furniture is amazing. My bed is the comfiest I have ever had and absolutely amazing for such a price and the delivery men had it up in a half an hour. Special mention to Clarisse on their customer service team who was so lovely and responsive, she was incredibly helpful and had everything so organised for me. I’ll be back for a wardrobe and any other furniture I may need. Biggest things that stood out was the kindness and respect you get from this team 5stars.

Having previously ordered from this store, delivery and communications were always within specified timeframes. If there were delays this was usually communicated. This time however, the level of communication, conflicting inventory reports and the very lengthy delay with receiving the stock into the warehouse is why there is a star deduction. All in all, I would order again but with the caveat of double checking with the store before placing an order. CS reps did their best with the information they had and were patient enough over the weeks that followed,but again conflicting information led to some frustration. Whether this was just a logistic issue or not, customer delivery and realistic inventory communication could be better, but I cannot fault the products themselves -they are excellent quality, their prices or the drivers who do a phenomenal job. All in all, I would recommend Love Furniture and hopefully this experience was just a once off.

I just happened to come across love furniture by accident and couldn't believe the prices (€350 for sofa). I was so worried it was a fake account but purchased the sofa anyway and still bit nervous .
But no all good and the communication with everyone was fantastic there was a delay but i was told about it straight away and it was sorted.Dec the guy that delivered it was great craic and good to chat with (i live in connemara) and the sofa is exactly what I wanted. It came in a box and all I had to do was CLICK the headrests in .So I will definitely be buying from love furniture again 🤗

The item I ordered was not overly expensive. It was a Annabel Fabric Wall Mounted Headboard - Grey-6ft - Super King. The order was placed on 02/08/26. After a week or so I mailed looking for an update and was told they would get back to me after talking to their supplier, they never did. I mailed again a couple of times. I got a reply one more time the same as the last, they would look into it. At this stage I am now being ignored. I have no indication when this item will arrive. I could not care less if it took another month but at least keep the customer informed
