Have the bed 3 weeks and drawer is broke, pity.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Clarisse in the office was extremely helpful and professional, and Josh, the delivery driver couldn't have been better. Lovely guy and very obliging. Would highly recommend Love Furniture - five stars out of five.

Good experience dealing with love furniture especially Josh and clarisse , love my new table will shop at love furniture again and definitely recommend to family and friends. Delivery service was quick and efficient, from order to delivery about a week to ten days most furniture shops you have to wait weeks for furniture.

I ordered a chest of drawers with assembly. Great communication about delivery , it came on time and was assembled without delay. The delivery guy was friendly and did a perfect assembly.

After getting 77 texts and 77 emails harassing me to leave a review in 11 days. So Here’s you’re REVIEW A BIG FAT 0. I have worked for some years in customer service’s and one thing I have learned is “A no review is better than a bad review”. So stop sending me emails and texts or I will report you to the Regulator for Harassment.

Wardrobes- Didn't deliver when they said they would, had to take extra days off work, begged for refund but they were very reluctant and kept ignoring that request. Eventually accepted (missed childrens sports day) but item was damaged, missing pegs and not assembled correctly (back was not put on properly) shelves falling down, and huge chunk of wood chipped off from inside the wardrobe ... they didnt have the decency to mention any of this to me, luckily we have indoor security cameras and its all evidenced. Cowboy job... we were scammed

My order was a Eton fabric sofa bed and a Miami 2 drawer coffee table.
The Eton sofa bed is a nice colour but a little stiff and upright. Its not a sofa you can cuddle into. I would recommend it for a secondary couch. I can't say what the coffee table is like yet as its still in the box.
Declan arrived yesterday with my sofa bed and coffee table. Declan took the sofa out of the box and added 4 small plastic feet to it. My sitting room is upstairs and Declan was on his own I had to call a neighbour to come and help, I think this is a question "Love furniture" should be asking before the delivery arrives, I assumed because its furniture that their would be 2 men in the van. I was very disappointed that I paid €39.00 for this assembly and see that it was only 4 little feet I could have done myself with the allenkey provided. I asked Declan would he put the coffee table together for me so I could receive value for my €39.00 but he said no. Declan was an easy going man I just wish "love furniture" allowed him to be a little bit more flexible, especially when I spent nearly €1000.00. I also purchased some items lately from a local furniture shop and they assembly for me with no extra cost. I do think companies like "love furniture" would get more business if they didn't charge €39.00 to put on 4 small plastic feet. I would probably have given a 5 star review if my coffee table assembly was included.

Allow for a wide window for delivery. Free delivery means you wait until a driver is delivering locally. That's fine by me, a good tradeoff. I am not into the confirm delivery messages because what if you have no credit. But again its a tight system that works. They are responsive keep updating you and Séan the delivery driver is a gentleman.

DONT EVEN BUY OF THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered a bed 4 weeks ago when they were meant to deliver Friday yesterday, they told me it was damaged. Terrible customer service and attitudes. They don’t even have an office in Dublin the whole page is fake. I would even give them one star. Had to BEG FOR MY REFUND BACK AND TAKE LEGAL ACTION. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Found a sofa at a good prices. Tried ordering it online but site wouldn't accept my card details (I had plenty of money in my account, and my card details worked as I used it for lunch etc after the attempted transaction). That was at 9am. They were "looking into it" all date. 4.15pm, I was asked to rate my experience...... 2. Why? I was waiting to get an update on my sofa. Can I provide my name etc and they'll look at it. Naw, cancel the order

From start to finish everything went smoothly zain took my order and was very nice and friendly si delivered my sofas and table put them together and was very friendly

I purchased a complete sofa from Love Furniture Ireland on April 14 through Instagram and, since then, I have been dealing with continuous issues regarding the incorrect sofa arm color being delivered.

I ordered the sofa in the silver color, however, I have now received the wrong arm in grey three separate times.

Today is May 20, and after more than a month waiting for the issue to be resolved, the third replacement delivery arrived incorrect once again. Because I am still waiting for a proper solution, I currently have to keep the entire sofa covered, which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

This situation has become very disappointing, especially considering the amount of time wasted waiting for deliveries and trying to resolve the same problem repeatedly.

On today’s delivery, the driver also informed us around 12:30 that someone from the company would contact us within 15 minutes, but no one called back.

I would like this issue resolved properly as soon as possible, with the correct silver sofa arm delivered without any further mistakes. I also expect clear communication and a proper solution after this repeated inconvenience.

Bought a sofa bed, excellent quality and very nice price! easy to operate too. Very up front from the start regarding purchase,payment and delivery. Kept informed throughout the process. Zayne was excellent and very professional .Delivery day and time were spot on! Even put it in the room for me.

Have uses love furniture twice and used their assembly service. Everything was so easy from communication to delivery. Will defo use again. Very pleased.

If you are looking for bargain furniture this is the place to go. Im very happy with my purchase and I saved a lot of money. The staff are terrific especially Zain who delivered my sideboard.
