Awful to deal with.
I ordered an office chair, delivery was "arranged" twice but never turned up, only to be told it was out of stock. I agreed to an alternative chair, delivery arranged, again it didn't turn up. Unbelievably it was also "out of stock". Eventually got a refund.
The communication is bizarre for a company these days - a mix of text messages, website portal and a foreign call centre. Truly shambolic to deal with.

Superb company, excellent communication throughout the entire process. Regular updates on whats app were great, and on the day the delivery driver was very friendly and had the bed unloaded in minutes.

Would highly recommend and I will be back for another bed in a few months.

I'm satisfied with my order. I love the bed I ordered just like in the picture. The delivery guy was kind and respectful. He assembled the bed in few minutes.

Hassle free shopping and fast delivery, dealing with zain was easy and our delivery driver darren was great and patient, was not at home when he first arrived and came back in the afternoon, great service

I had a great experience with love furniture from start to finish. Ordered a wardrobe and I was always informed of the delivery status. The delivery guy Sn was on time very polite and put everything inside for me. The quality of the wardrobe is very good, even better than expected so thanks to Sn and Clarisse from love furniture ye are a credit to the company.

I ordered the Eton Sofa Bed in Dark Grey. The couch was delivered in under two weeks from ordering. The couch is well made. The sofa bed pulls out easily and the mattress is good quality. The communication from the company is good. They keep you informed every step of the way. The delivery driver Darren was a lovely chap. He had the new sofa installed and the old one removed in no time. I would use this company again.

When I needed to buy furniture I came across an advert for Love furniture and was dealing with a salesperson Nomz who was extremely helpful. The furniture was delivered quicker than expected and after sales support was great. I plan to get more furniture from them soon. Keep up the great work 👍👍

Purchased a bed and paid for assembley and to take away öld bed. This was the worst customer experience i ever experienced. Bed was delivered but driver told me a truck was half hour behind him and would pick up old one, which never happened. I lost count of how many phone calls I made and was told someone would ring me back, bed would be collected next day all lies.after almost 2 weeks and spending hours on the phone they finally collected it. The bed i purchased is ok but I never got to speak to anyone with any customer service skills. Overall I would never deal with them again i never even got an apology, had old bed blocking my hall and door. A horrible experience.

Worse place to work with had a sliding wardrobe delivered on thursday went to put it up on Saturday after finish decorating every piece of wood was damaged chips out of glass not enough screws to put it together no fittings for the doors and no instructions and they want to pay me £150 to keep the wardrobe no thank you now waiting to get my money back worse place ever avoid at all costs!

Had Peter from Love Furniture assemble my table and stools today. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. Excellent service – highly recommend! Customer service on whatsapp were amazing also.

Love my new bed... price 5*, qulity 5*, Dec (delivery) you deserve 10 stars for waiting till someone gets home.

Delivery was on time and furniture good quality. My only issue was that they don't offer a service in my area to build the flat pack items. We live in Tipperary and it would be good if this service was offered even at a higher rate, I'd pay it.

Hassle free shopping & ordering. Fast delivery within 5 days, up to date communication via text. Any questions were answered fairly quickly by Clarrisa or Zain.
The delivery driver Dec was super friendly and carried all the boxes into our home. Dec offered some good advice on where to start with opening the different boxes. The Wardrobe was great quality, although I did replace the handles which were plastic, with metal ones. I would purchase from this company again. 5 star rating for sure. 😀

The comunication with client services was clear, the TV unit came in 2 weeks after making sure I would be at home to recive it. Clarisse, Ali and the delivery driver were exceptional. Thanks.

The process was so quick, I had a lovely delivery man (Peter). I was so impressed with how quick and efficient everything was done. I was unsure about delivery but even the telephone manner of the staff was great I had an excellent experience overall and will definitely be using love furniture again.

Was given the wrong delivery date to start with, then I had to wait another week. The tracker did not work for delivery. We said we'd assemble the bed ourselves when it arrived, but there was no assembly instructions in any of the boxes so we had to guess how to put it together.
