Ordered a dinning set online that wasn't in stock but they still took the money 4m d bank! got in touch they showed me other sets I didn't want so i asked 4 a refund that was never issued! over a wk n bit l8r money still ain't in my bank id 2 ring again n ask 4 my money bck! It was never put bck after me been in contact online and over the phone! 1st n last time il b dealn with this company cuz tlk bout unprofessional a refund 4 no product received should b issued on the day of communication instead of holdn d money and having a customer ringing over a 10 day period consistently askn 4 there own money is actually diabolical! N if product is OUT OF STOCK MONEY SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN 4M BANK! UR D ONLY COMPANY IVE EVER COME ACROSS THAT TOOK D MONEY 4M D ACCOUNT KNOWN U HAD NO STOCK any other company the payment DOES NOT PROCEED AT CHECKOUT WHEN OUT OF STOCK!

Among many options, l chose Love Furniture to purchase my bed, because of the excellent reviews about their profissionalism, and it's true! My product arrived in perfect condition and on the scheduled day and time. Mr. Zain delivery man,was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for your commitment. Im Super satisfied!

I have to say I have had a excellent process from start to finish when buying a 6 door Navada wardrobe and also having it assembled. I can ABSOLUTELY say that the delivery driver ( Steve ( SG ) was outstanding from start to finish . He was on time and kept me updated on arrival time and came equipped with all tools and got straight into assembly, he was very efficient and I could see he knew what he was doing like water off a ducks back to him . He made sure all was in perfect working order and adjusted all hinges till it was spot on .
Over all a sound guy relaxed and chatty and great personality so a credit to the company and I presume vallued as came across as very hard working and reliable and have to say extremely tidy so it's definitely a company I will be purchasing off again soon and also requesting for Steve for any further assembly needed which after this experience I will be promoting the company and recommending this particular delivery/assembly driver for future purchases .

Avoid avoid avoid I bought a headboard with four ugly glue stains on the front of it. Love furniture wouldn’t replace it. They also refused to take it back and give me a full refund. They kept asking me to keep the defective product for a minimal discount. I declined. Stuck with damaged product. Very poor customer service. Will never buy from them again.

I don’t know where to even start but delivery date was changed a week later then for then to turn up a day early and old bed was still in room they told me he would come back that evening after 2 other drops never showed up then to he told it would be a week later before the bed comes so my daughter had to sleep on a mattress on the floor when the bed came it came damaged I didn’t notice until it was already put together and driver was leaving I called him back and he told me that he had informed the company and was told to put it together anyway and they will contact me the bed was also not put together right it was all loose I have made so many attempts to put this right to get a bed that was not damaged but they wanted to charge me more money to get the old one removed to then offer €15 back they now want to come take the bed first before I get a refund so I’ll be left with no bed and no money to buy a bed I’ve been hung up on by staff told they will ring me back and they will get manager to call me back they are a pack of cow boys and I will see them in the small claims court as told by one of there staff to bring them to court so that’s what I am going to do

The furniture arrived very early in the morning as arranged, exactly on time.It was efficiently put together by Sean, in quick time and with the minimum of fuss...everything was cleared up afterwards.
Sean is a great ambassador for the company with his friendliness and efficiency.I would without hesitation use the company again.

I have often purchased online furniture but this time a utter disaster. My 3 seater couch such poor quality its a disaster. Totally disgusted . No help from company. Pictures i saw of couch on line looked great but Totally different in every way possible

I wouldnt even give them 1 star really really bad experience with this company from the very start
1. Single bed ordered for my daughter and to be delivered a week later which was fine on the day it was supposed to arrive no communication from them weather it was going to be delivered or a time until I rang them and they clarified that it would be delivered between 12:30 and 3:30 so I gave them till 4pm still nothing from them no phone call or anything so again I had to make contact to see what was going on I was told that they would get in touch with the driver and that they would ring me back again no phone call after an hr so again I had to ring them to be told that the driver might not be able to make it this was after 5pm after waiting all day in the house for this to come at this stage I really didn't want it now as I felt it was a bit of a mickey mouse company so I told the helpline that it was ok that we don't want it straight away he said oh no it will definitely be delivered today I will get onto the driver to say that it has to be delivered and you will get it so his story changed now that it will be delivered now so 7 hrs later it arrived at 7:30pm
2. On the box it says a single bed but as we had it Assembled we noticed that this looks a bit big so we only just bought a really good mattress to go onto this bed from a different company it turned out that love furniture sent me a small double bed which is to big for the room and we only just bought a single mattress I rang them explaining the issue about them giving me the wrong size bed and I was told to email them photos of it which I did and then supposedly it was passed onto the warehouse team 3 days later still nothing from anyone
3. Rang them 3 days later for an update and they still didn't have an update and the person on the phone said to me sure look we will let you keep the bed I don't want the bed as its to big its not the size I ordered and I dont have a mattress for it he then offered me a mattress for it which I had to pay for because they were the ones that made the mistake which was not an option for me as I already had a mattress for a single bed and he said I will get back to you and guess what he never did I am ringing these 2 -3 times a day for the past 3 days as they are never getting back to me when they say they will I felt that they think i would go away so the last phone call yesterday I asked to speak to a manager and they said that there is no one there today and there will be someone here tomorrow both female and male managers which does not bother me what Gender they are and I also asked would there be a manager there between 9am and 10am and can you also give me their name please which he did
4.It is the next day and I rang and I asked to speak to the person that he gave her name to me yesterday and it was her that answered the phone and when I said are you a manager she confirmed that she was not a manager and she apologised to me for the fella that I was talking to the day before for giving me false information when I asked can I speak to the manager then and she informed me that I could not as he was in a meeting when I asked what time appropriately would the meeting be over at and she couldn't give me answer so she then said look I will try and help you so when she read the updates on my order and seen the photos that I sent through email of the wrong size bed she then turns around and said we will send an Assessor out to your house to have a look at the bed to see if its not a single god only knows how long this would take to come out to my house when they can't even re turn a phone call so I decided there and then that I want this bed out of house now and I dont want anything else to replace and I want my money back when I said this she said oh hold on and I will see if the manager can take your call (which the manager is supposedly in a meeting ) she tried to contact him but of course he didn't answer because he is in a meeting so I am now currently waiting for this call at around 12 which I know I won't get if you are reading this review please think about this company you are purchasing from as I have wasted alot of time and energy everyday so far which it will be a week tomorrow its time and energy that I will never get back for nothing they do not care the company maybe a bit cheaper then others but I learned the hard way its really and truly not worth dealing with the stress of it the customer service people that I have been dealing with wouldnt lie straight in bed I hope this will help other people

Very disappointing experience with Love Furniture.

After purchasing a king size bed, the process turned into months of repairs, multiple visits, unresolved issues, and significant inconvenience. There were repeated problems with electronics, structural stability, drawers, and overall quality. Despite several repair attempts and time taken off to accommodate visits, the situation was never properly resolved.

Communication was also frustrating at times, and after multiple attempts to allow repairs, the experience became stressful rather than supportive.

Another point worth noting is the confusion around branding and location. The company presents itself in a way that may lead customers to assume a Dublin-based Irish retailer, but buyers should do their own research and understand exactly who they are purchasing from.

Overall, this was a very exhausting customer journey. I would strongly recommend future buyers carefully consider service reliability, aftercare support, and transparency before purchasing.

I ordered the three-door Stratford wardrobe with assembly, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales team were very helpful during the ordering process and kept me well informed about delivery dates.
The delivery driver, Sn, was outstanding. He messaged in advance with accurate delivery times, measured the space where the wardrobe was going to ensure it would fit before assembly, and was courteous, helpful, and efficient throughout.
Overall, I have no complaints at all. The entire process ran smoothly, with great communication and service at every stage

The driver Nonz was very professional and had the bed delivered before time which was great plenty of consolation text all the time keeping me up to date with everything would really recommend him

Bed broke after just 2 years. No guarantee just an offer of best price on the next bed.
Extremely dangerous as the ottoman slams shut which was located in a child's room and as you can imagine very little weight been out on it. Would not recommend

I would highly recommend Love Furniture. I got a wardrobe supplied and fitted by Sn yesterday and I am delighted with the quality of product. The hanging spaces are big the drawers at the bottom are spacious and the shelfs are deep and wide to fit lots of storage. Sn is an excellent worker who expertly constructed the wardrobe and left no mess. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor After-Sales Service!! 👎👎

I am extremely disappointed with Love Furniture and their after-sales service. I have been waiting nearly four months for a resolution, with no clear outcome in sight.

I ordered a Jupiter mid sleeper bed and paid extra for installation. During installation, I immediately noticed that the study desk attached to the mid sleeper was defective. I brought this to the assembler’s attention on the spot and also took photos, which were reported to the Love Furniture team. I was assured the desk would be replaced within two weeks.

Unfortunately, weeks turned into months with no updates or communication. I had to repeatedly call customer service, and every time I spoke to a different representative who had no knowledge of my case. Instead of the company proactively updating me, I was constantly chasing them for answers.

A few weeks before Christmas, after repeated calls, the desk was finally collected and I was told it would be fixed and returned shortly. Days before Christmas, two delivery staff returned claiming the desk was repaired. When I checked it myself, the defect was still there. When questioned, they assured me they would return after New Year’s to fix it properly and left the desk sitting in my hallway.

Fast forward to today, the desk is still in my hallway, still defective, and I am once again left chasing Love Furniture for updates. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is shocking. This experience has shown very poor customer service and extremely disappointing after-sales support.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I have no choice at this point. I want other customers to be aware of how issues are handled once payment has been made. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Love Furniture. 👎👎

I have bought furniture here now a few times. Excellent customer service all round and the delivery man SG was so helpful getting it in the door and it pouring rain. Very sound guy and very friendly despite the pouring rain and a van full to deliver. I'd buy there again and have the kettle on the next time.
