Love Furniture Reviews

I have ordered the only left model and color of a particular sofa on their website, waited 3 weeks, and two days before supposed delivery they’re telling me it’s out of stock! They have also confirmed before purchase that this is the only one left!!! This is unfair and a terrible joke. Would stay away as far as possible.

Purchased a sofa around Christmas and it was quite late arriving but I found the communication from the company outstanding. The delivery guy SP was very friendly and chatty, set it up and was in and out in no time. Like I said, arrived later than I hoped but good experience overall.

Put deposit down on a settee with this company and received a phonecall the day before delivery that it was unavailable and needed to choose another settee, shop wasn't opened to pay balance for settee, staff totally incompetent refusing to let me speak to the boss and totally inconvenience by them do not buy anything from this store cowboys at best

Great service, the customer service team responds very quickly. Thank you, Zain, for your help — highly recommend!”

I purchased 3 mattresses from Love Furniture and am really pleased with the products. Comms and delivery teams were excellent to deal with and I’d like to give a shout out to Zain in particular who understood the urgency and went above and beyond in order to get the items to me super quick. Overall an excellent experience.

Very happy with experience. Customer survice was very good always got someone on Phone and Zain was very helpful and gave good information. Product was delivered as scheduled and very happy with quality.

My online order didn't go through properly on your system, yet I was charged for the furniture. So I had endless contact with customer service to rectify this. The company also messed up my delivery due to their failure to contact me to arrange it. As such, the delivery was late and impacted plans to have it ready for Christmas. It was a lot of work end to end for me as a customer to keep chasing this issue. However, happy with the furniture but unlikely to experience this hassle with Love Furniture.ie again.
