Wasn’t given accurate delivery information. Paid for installation. Bits were missing I drove around to try and get the missing pieces to be fobbed off, ghosted and lied to. The upstairs in my house is a hazard with the included pieces of unbuilt furniture and no reply from company! Avoid!!

I was very impressed with SN, who delivered and assembled two 6-door wardrobes for me. He was extremely professional and polite throughout, and his workmanship was excellent. Everything was completed to a high standard, and he left the space spotless afterwards. I would highly recommend the services of this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Nomz who was the salesperson was also very helpful.

Excellent communication through customer care. Delivery driver Shaun was very helpful, and the delivery arrived on time as promised.

The couch arrived in no time and it looks perfect so far. I also would like to thank the super nice driver who carried it to the third floor even if he was only supposed to deliver it at the door. Thank you!

I have ordered Salerno bed and really happy with it so far, sturdy and nice looking. My assistants were Zain and Clarisse, and both were helpful and great communication. Helpful driver that carried the bed upstairs. Many thanks.

Please be aware when purchasing from this company, tries to scam with refunds

Bought a wardrobe from love furniture and have it assembled here by ourselves. With experience in other company furniture assemblies the experience I had putting this together was dreadful
The fixtures are not strong enough, the wood is just cheap ply that chips with just the lightest of force.
My problem was coming to the refund side of things.
I opened a case with PayPal to get my full refund back and have them collect this wardrobe off me. Love furniture was not getting back to me at all, ignoring all my messages and calls and once I got someone, they were offering these stupid deals saying they’ll refund 50 euros, then 60 then 75. It was like a haggling game.
They then asked to cancel the PayPal case and then they’ll process a full refund. In which I did. They then came back to me asking that I’d to pay a 220 restocking fee and 60 collection fee with a 100 euros refund.
I had no comeback with PayPal as I had closed the cases prior as they stated they’d fully refund.
In the end I had to threaten them that I would come up to their place in Antrim. They wouldn’t get back to me when saying they would. So if anyone is in this situation keep threatening them that you will come up to there warehouse with the stuff and dump it there. The total amount of phone calls to try resolve this is up on 60, in the space of 4 days.

Good quality product the price is affordable and service clients is excellent 👌

Well I guess it's buyer beware.... Please please please read the terms and conditions before you enter into any contract with this company...great service from love furniture when you are purchasing and fast delivery.....it's what won me over when I purchased a mattress.....but when I discovered mattress was unsuitable to my needs ...not firm enough for my weight.. I slept on it for 8 nights to really make sure all was ok...after the 8 nights I contacted the company and then the fun started....i gave the mattress a fair chance, i did request a medium firm mattress when ordering...but got a entirely different answer to my request ...I accepted this and thought ....surely they understand my request.... But love furniture didn't want anything to do with the situation....how on earth are you supposed to know how it will be unless you take it from the box and sleep on it....they said we don't accept it back because I slept on it.... Even though I had protector on it and wore sleep wear.. no way would they accept it back..I was prepared also to purchase another mattress from them if they put the refund towards it....no they were not interested....so BUYER BEWARE ..... once bitten twice shy.....I won't be touching them ever again.....really disappointed with Love Furniture... Shame on them....treating an old age pensioner this way.

Truly had a great experience with Love Furniture, from placing order to delivery it was so professionally done. Sean, the lad who delivered my wardrobe was so helpful and kind to help me with moving it across. The wardrobe was just as good as I expected. Clarisse from their office was very quick and helpful when comes to amendments and documents related to the order. Overall great experience.
