I chose the Chicago Recliner as it had style and did not look old fashioned. It arrived with what looked like it had been already opened and then repacked, upon assembly I found a fault. I spoke with customer services and they agreed to send me a replacement and collect the faulty chair. Within a few days the replacement arrived and it was fantastic just what I was hoping for. Furniture Online were excellent in handling my situation and the chair is everything I could have wanted. Five Stars!

Seriously would recommend the company
I’m very happy with the heat/massage recliner I bought from furniture online. Looks great in my lounge. Looks like a cinema recliner. Love that it heats and massages. Just right for my chronic condition. So comfy. Had a lot of compliments for it.

Very Comfortable - according to my mother.
Initially looked at getting a rise & recline chair from HSL who have a good range. Found Furniture Online possibly via Google & whilst their range of rise & recline chairs isn’t as big as HSL’s it is hard to ignore the difference in price between the two companies. Yes, HSL will send someone out to measure you up for your chair but other than overall chair size, seat height, width & depth there can’t be that many variables. My mother says the chair is very comfortable but as for the rise, recline & foot rest functions, I’m sure NASA got the recent moon mission craft into orbit with less consternation than the simple remote control seems to be causing my mother. It seemed difficult to justify the difference in cost between the Furniture Online chair & a similar chair from HSL - no doubt some of which pays for the home visits, TV advertising & the sales consultant’s commission/bonus. Delivery was prompt & the delivery guys got rid of the chair’s packaging as well as siting the chair where required, assembling & testing it - this did cost an extra £50 versus just delivering the chair & leaving the boxes door side which is free. Easy online ordering process too.
