I orders the banquette seating and it arrived in a timely manner and was placed in the room I requested. I was first able to call the company and have all of my questions answered.

Furniture Pick had the best prices around! I wasn't charged until my order was delivered. It came just on time and in perfect condition!

This whole company is a joke They sent me a whole broken table, and when I asked for a replacement legs for the table, they sent me broken table legs again again then then I sent them legs back and then they sent me out the same same legs with spray paint onto it the whole box was in fumes as soon as you opened it after sending them legs back they told me now the table is out of stock after months of “waiting” to get a phone call back telling me the table was back in stock like I was told, but never did receive I called and now they’re telling me the whole claim is closed

Dubious company. One of the furniture items i ordered was delivered damaged. After i made a claim with them, someone called offering me a small discount, because i refused and preferred an undamaged product, they denied my claim saying i signed that the items were delivered in good condition. The packaged condition was good but the unpacked condition was damaged. Advice - DO NOT SIGN for the furniture you receive from this business unless you have unpacked it ALL - which the delivery driver will NEVER wait for you to do. This is my first and will DEFINITELY BE MY LAST TIME ordering from Furniture pick

Extremely disappointing experience with FurniturePick.com. I purchased a new king-size bed, expecting a quality product, but from the very first use it was clear there was a serious problem. The support system is defective — the slats are flimsy, weak, and unstable, causing the mattress to sink and creating an unsafe and uncomfortable sleeping surface. Instead of taking responsibility for a defective product, the company has made this process extremely difficult. I have provided photos, videos, and detailed explanations, yet I continue to be asked for more information while the actual issue is ignored. I have spent countless hours emailing and calling, trying to get a simple resolution. I have a family and children, and I do not have the time to keep going back and forth while sleeping on a bed that is not functioning properly. A brand-new bed should not require modifications like a bunkie board just to be usable. I was told Furniture of America was involved, but when I asked for documentation or proof of those communications, nothing was provided. This has made me question whether my concerns are actually being properly addressed. I also made it clear that I will not pay for a technician inspection on a brand-new bed that was assembled correctly. If the company wants an inspection, they should cover that cost.
This company has not stood behind the product it sold or the warranty it advertises. The amount of time and frustration required to try to get a resolution has been unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from FurniturePick.com based on my experience.

I would never ever purchase another item from this company. It was a terrible order from the start. I placed a order for a dining set that the acted like was in stock. No where at all on the site did it mention is was not. I ordered in early March 2026. A few days after ordering they tell me its on backorder and will be 2-3 weeks. 2-3 weeks turned into a month and then a month turned into another and so on and so on all the way until June 29th when finally they have my order picked up my the worst rated home delivery service available. AM Home Delivery a company with a 1 star rating out of 5. Fast forward another 2-3 weeks and I finally have my table in July. This is the biggest scam company and they will lie and lie to keep you on the hook. Stay far far away and order somewhere different.

I ordered 3 piece living room furniture on June 7, 2026. Today is July 14, 2026 and I still have not received the order. The delivery was shipped on June 26, 2026. It arrived at my local facility on July 6, 2026 at 1:55 pm EST. I received a phone call asking if I wanted to upgrade delivery service. I was told that I would receive a phone call prior to delivery. I have not received a phone call yet. However, I have called twice with no update.

Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere. I will not purchase anything from here again.

They refused to ship my couch unless I lied to my credit card company and said my shipping address for my credit card was the same address as where I was sending the couch to, which it was not. 90% of things I purchase go to more than just one address, which is normal for most people and businesses. They then made me fill out a private credit form with all my personal data on it. Then they cancelled the order anyways. Very shady company and they hung up on me when I called and refused to answer when I called back.

From ordering through to delivery was so easy! Great website; easy contact via phone and email with instructions prior to delivery. I had a question and you answered the phone, too! 🤣 🥳 Super pricing, nice delivery men who kept contact and on time! I love my posh chair that arrived flawless. Thank you so much! Nothing to improve with this transaction, it was perfect! I will order again!

I’ve spent hours, over 10 phone calls, and multuple emails to try to get my item delivered. They were supposed to deliver almost four weeks ago. Horrible customer service. Waste of time. Do not order from here.

I had been searching for a long time for a big and tall wall-hugger recliner with a firm seat. I saw this on the Ashley Furniture site, but none of the stores had one to try out. Since I couldn't find anything else that fit what I was looking for, I figured I would take a chance on this one. After doing a search online, I found it on the Furniture Pick website for a lot less than what Ashley was charging. They also advertised free curbside shipping. I read the reviews on this company and had some concerns based on some negative comments. However, the positive outweighed the negative, so I placed the order with them. I am so happy I did.
First of all, their website makes it very easy to order. They explain everything along the way, especially their delivery and return policy. I think not reading this may be the cause of some of the negative comments. In order to be able to offer such great discounts, they have to have a rather strict return policy. They explain that the furniture needs to be inspected by the receiver before signing for it, and if there is any damage, return it to the driver. If after opening, some damage is noticed, you need to notify them immediately and keep the original shipping boxes and paperwork. Not a bad policy if you ask me.
But that is not where they excel; it's their outstanding customer service...
I had some questions about the chair after I ordered it. I was concerned that it may not fit through the door of the room I wanted to put it in, after reading the specs on the Ashley website. Unfortunately, I read the specs AFTER I placed the order. They say it needs 32" and my doorway is only 30". So I called Furniture Pick and spoke to an actual person from their company, not a foreign call center. The person I spoke to understood my concern and told me he would reach out to his Ashley contact and find out if this chair would fit. He called me back the next day and said that this chair comes in 2 pieces and should definitely fit through the door. And he also said that if for some reason it didn't fit, to call him and he would see about processing a return.
I was given a 4 hour window for the delivery a day in advance. The driver called when they were about 15 minutes out to alert me I was the next stop. The 2 delivery men were very polite and professional, and did a terrific job with the drop-off. They even offered to remove the chair from the box and take away the cardboard for me.
Once it was inside, I measured to be sure and it seemed like it would fit through the doorway. Having the chair arrive in 2 pieces certainly helped with the handling.
Fortunately, it fit fine, and I used a 4 wheel dolly to put it on and push it through the door by myself. My wife then helped me slide the back onto the base, and it was ready to sit on. Very easy assembly.
But again, I want to stress the outstanding customer service I received, in addition to this excellent chair.
I will certainly be doing business with Furniture Pick again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Furniture Pick for an honest, helpful, pleasant, and value based transaction! You made this shopping experience very pleasurable, which is very rare in this day and age.
