Brilliant, intelligent and helpful service from Fuse chat support staff today. Long wait for installation, but great engineer
It was a long and frustrating journey to get a new meter installation date after the old one packed in (ergo the dropped star), but really impressed by the engineer, Shafi. Communicated well, was efficient, and took the time to answer questions/explain things without using too much jargon. Recommended.

The UI is really good and it steps you through the process very simply. Fuse Energy Fabulous Response and Service
I have been having trouble trying to get my smart meter working properly for years now. It never sent meter readings from when it was first installed by EDF and Octopus never sorted it either. I recently switched my energy supplier to Fuse Energy and informed them of this problem. Well.... I was so impressed with their response, they responded straight away, saying they want to help me and resolve this problem. The team have been truly amazing and it will soon be working correctly. From my first email, I was rest assured that this problem will be resolved with Fuse Energy. I have had a number of emails keeping me updated all along the way. I wish to mention Oliver, Ged, Ammaar and Steanjae, what a wonderful team, totally on the ball, reply back really quickly sometimes within a matter of a few minutes. Their messages are to the point, polite and friendly. An asset to Fuse Energy. Many thanks.
