I called to request a quote to switch to a dual fuel fix from my previous electricity only service. The phone was answered quickly, my existing details found quickly and my request dealt with efficiently and courteously.
I was able to get a quote and agree the switch within a very few minutes.
The service provided by Jayne was excellent and helps explain the high satisfaction rating of the Outfox customers

Looking for fixing opportunities
Spoke to Jayne today about fixing opportunities (our current fix ends in May and I was concerned about options with everything going on in the gulf at present). Really friendly & offered great advice.
