I spoke to Stephen today from customer support and he was by far the most helpful, understanding and empathetic person I have spoken to from this company. Steven was attentive and patient with me and just overall extremely helpful and I truly appreciate the customer service I was given today.
In difficult times it's extremely nice to know you still have lovely people willing to go the extra mile and deliver exceptional customer service

Absolutely awful company in so many ways. Avoid like the plague. They’ve destroyed my credit file, harassed me, even during the government scheme breathing space they still proceeded to contact me and log missed payments on my credit file.

The interest is a joke, as are the monthly repayments after you finish study.

I was hoping to get a lower interest loan to clear this monstrosity of a loan but after they have ruined my credit file not a chance. Absolutely can not wait to be fully paid up so I don’t have to deal with them again!

Please please do not use this company!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY! They will harras you even after you’ve paid. They don’t apply early repayments as they are made so you are charged higher interest. They prey on international students and only agree to your loan when you have the highest possible interest rate. Update: You already have my information, stop trying to be performative. Your company shared my information with someone else. Your “investigations” always come out in your favour. A company full of bullies and harassers.

I have had nothing but help and good experiences with Future Finance, they have allowed me to freeze my repayments twice, once during the covid lockdown and another when I was moving house. Now I have been experiencing difficulty with my health they have been very helpful, kind, understanding

Future Finance has been very helpful. I have been given loan twice and the process is quick. They are very professional and friendly in their services. The loan has helped me a lot in my studies.

It seems that some people get good customer service from this company and others, like me, are treated with very little human kindness.

I would advise against getting a student Loan from this company. Go to your bank, relatives etc but avoid them, they will cripple your credit history and refuse to correct it. For me, they added salt to the festering wound by adding an additional wrong entry to my credit file whilst telling me that their reporting is accurate.

Also, it is like dealing with chaos personified when emailing them. They do not check records before responding. If you are experiencing a force majeurre, forget about any compassion from this company. They will destroy your whole life.

If you are a student or looking to go into study, find another source of funding. There are many other, less life ruining and soul destroying options out there.

Please, for your own sake and sanity, avoid like the plague.

If you can, work, save up for your studies because, in the long run, a loan from this company could mean that you are not able to progress in life, buy a house, get an overdraft etc.

Simple process to follow online but also received a few questions directly by email to check on circumstances and a phone call to make sure I understood the Terms and Conditions, how the re-payment system works and interest is added.

Very professional and friendly and has helped open further education to me.

I give this rating because of the loan that the company has provided me for the postgraduate course that I trying to finish at University. However, I think that the price of the loan interest is more expensive than I have plan for my repayment but I can still try to finish my course before making the overall repayment.

I got a loan from this company to manage my finance. After applying I received a call from their rep to talk me through the T&Cs. Their attitude was very condescending when I asked a simple question about the loan, and was made to feel quite bad for getting a loan to begin with. Try to avoid dealing with them if possible.

Huge mistake getting involved in this company. My back has been against the wall since loosing my job and they just take money from my account randomly without warning. Then on top of this when you email them about it they haven't got a clue.

Just very pleased that my university fees got paid when it really mattered without fuss notwithstanding that the service is an expensive venture.

They recently made contact with me on Friday regarding my previous review. Very little attempt was made to help aside from pointing me towards debt advice for the third time.
I also requested to speak to a manager and was told to expect a call back within 15 minutes...4 days have past and no call, I did send some emails hoping for some sort of reply or call back... But still nothing.

I am customer who is struggling financially and has already tried to kill myself once this year. When are Future Finance going to take this seriously?

I applied for this loan as I am starting my GDL course at the University of Law but didn’t have enough funds. The team at future finance have been quick and efficient, James has recently become great help with answering all my questions and has been on the ball with all the issues I had to make this process so easy and stress free. Thank you so much James for all your help, I cannot thank you enough!

I have never used future finance before I was recommended it but I’m so glad I was. They are so friendly and helpful. Always positive when talking to you and try to make their process as simple as possible.

I always worry about my information being used and whether it’s safe and their reassurance was just what I needed to know I was making the right choice with using their services.
