Awful from day 1. Rude people over the phone, underhand tactics to mess with you, send payments late but take payments in the early hours of the morning.

Honestly ruined my entire finanial life by getting "help" from these people.

I had a great experience through out my application processes for a Business Analysis loan because the platform was easy and straight forward to understand and use. The customer services was accommodating as well.

Future finance came in a need of an hour, but they are absolutely terrible in regards to customer service. I fainted in an exam and missed it due to which not only was my graduation delayed, but I was unemployed, combined with covid that meant I had to leave London permanently. Despite making my situation abundantly clear time and time again, they refuse to cooperate, keep calling my guarantor before even contacting me even when I gave them my new contact details. but they opt to harass my guarantor before reaching out to me. CAN YOU FOR ONCE REALISE A STUDENT STUDYING ONLINE FULL TIME, NOT IN THE UK CANNOT PAY 200 A MONTH WITHOUT A JOB? I am still willing to pay every month but not only are they not willing to negotiate on a fair amount but they refuse to talk to me.

RESPONDING TO FUTURE FINANCE'S REPLY: I HAVE EMAILED YOUR TEAM TIME AND TIME AGAIN TO NO REPLY, I HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS OF DIRHAMS CALLING YOU TO YET NO RESPONSE. AS I TYPE THIS MY GUARANTOR HAS BEEN CONTACTED TWICE TODAY BUT NOT A SINGLE CALL TO ME OR AN EMAIL TO ME. RIDICULOUS

Future finance approved my loan very quickly. The application process was simple and all done via the website. When I did need more assistance, i simply made a call and spoke to a ‘human’ who quickly sorted my issue. Without Future Finance I would have struggled to complete my degree.

I have been associated with future finance for the last 6 years. They have been very helpful in supporting my tuition dues throughout my study tenure. Also they have made easy instalment repayments that are highly manageable.

Fairly good place for a private student loan. Definitely trustworthy. Any issues are sorted quickly and there is little chance of forgetting to make a payment, there is options for direct debit and you can pay directly back into the account itself. 99% of the time the customer service is fantastic though there have been one or two occasions where i raised an eye brow at how eager they were to contact me about a payment that was waiting to clear on their end not mine. But this is a good company and they are clear communicators. Just make sure you pay on time, treat them with respect and only borrow what you can afford to pay back. Also take note on the interest.
