Future Kind Reviews

I’ve been using this brand since I become vegan two years ago. Quality vitamins.

Customer service is great.

I sent a message about an order and their terrible UI for checkout. They got back to me same day and were able to cancel a double order and I wasn't charged for it. I appreciate them posting their third party lab results on the page for their supplements. Unlike other companies, the prices for their supplements are NOT hidden. They don't try to auto-enroll you into a subscription. They are one of the more cost-effective supplements of their type. Ber was great. Sorry they had to deal with me at one of my most frustrated.

Wasn’t told about the cancer warning ahead of time- would not have purchased if I knew

The quality of the products are Incredible good.

Right product on time and properly delivered. I can't ask for much more than that.

I did email on my order i did not receive my order!!!!!!!

Great product and company!

Arrived quickly and in great shape. Your packaging material is really unique and very good! The product is excellent!

I like the supplements a lot, but I’m not a fan of the over-hype/over-use of the recent promotion schemes. I’d built up a number of points and applied them towards a credit on a future purchase. When I saw a coupon in my email, plus advertising for an ongoing event promotion at the same time - I thought it was a great opportunity for me to stock up or add to my subscription. Then came the frustration. The “event” was an auto coupon in cart, adding the promo removed that and subbed itself. Adding the coin credit code did the same thing. NONE applied to any subscription. It stinks of the “new subscribers” only schemes that streaming services use to stack their numbers while ignoring the long time customers they take for granted or lose. As someone that works “in store” retail and previously now and 16 years in previous online fulfillment in customer service…whatever hair-brained marketing executive/3rd party collaborator is cooking these up…needs to have a long heart-to-heart on your core values and with customers and your first line service team.

Still waiting on my monthly delivery

I get a collagen supplement and calcium from Future Kind, I am so very grateful for your thoughtful and humane supplements. I try to be intentional and empathetic with my choice of supplements and food, for the good of our planet and our animal partners we share this planet with. Thank you!

Your prducts are great but the timeline on your shipping from the date of ordering, not so much.

I never receive my order, the delivery company don’t respond and I lost my money, that’s really disappointing

I struggle with depression and anxiety, I didn’t want to take any harsh prescription drugs, I wanted to take a more holistic approach to my issues. Future Kind Supplements have helped me maintain a good energy and clearer mind. The subscription plan is pretty great and very affordable. The supplements seem to arrive the day before or the day of my last dose in my current bottle.

I like the brand. Trusted. Vegan and cruelty free is crucial for me. Also think the ingredients are pure and high quality. Sometimes shipping takes a long time. I wish they wouldn’t use lasership since it’s Amazon shipping and lasership is known for poor quality shipping and lost and stolen items.

There’s only about 25 servings per bag and it’s a ripoff.

Seems like the wrong vitamins were sent or the label changed. I have been emailing with customer support and have yet to get an answer.

Extremely happy with purity of product and the fact it is cruelty free thank you future kind!!
