SCAMMERS! Fake Bonus, Fake Deletion Button, Lies & Total Ignore – Pure Fraud – RUN AWAY!
This is straight-up a scam operation disguised as a broker. fxtrendo.com / Trendo are scammers preying on people with fake promises.
I signed up only for their hyped $100 no-deposit bonus. Followed every ridiculous step they asked: rated their crappy app on the store, etc. Bonus never showed up – not a single rupee. Contacted support: lame excuse "system-generated, if not generated you're not eligible." No fix, no bonus, just bait to get your KYC data and personal info.
Immediately tried to delete the account – zero deposits, zero trades, nothing. Their Help Center says: profile → three dots → "Delete My Account" → type DELETE. Did it multiple times over days. Every single attempt: popup says "you have confirmed deletion" ... then nothing. No logout, no deactivation, account stays fully active. I can log in instantly after. The delete button is fake – a total lie to make you think you're protected while they keep your data forever.
Asked support to help delete: they lied "verified accounts cannot be deleted." That's bullshit – their own Privacy Policy (Oct 2025) says they will deactivate on request and remove/anonymize what they can. No rule blocks verified accounts. Emailed formal demands multiple times with proof (screenshots of fake popup, active account proof) – complete radio silence. Days, weeks – ignored like garbage.
This is classic scammer behavior:
• Fake bonuses to lure sign-ups and harvest data/KYC.
• Broken/fake account deletion to trap personal info (privacy violation).
• Direct lies from support contradicting their policy.
Zero customer service – emails vanish into a black hole.
• Weak fake "regulation" (Saint Lucia IFC joke, Mauritius FSC weak) that means nothing.
WikiFX gives them 1.5/10 with high-risk scam warnings. BrokersView flat-out calls them a scam. Recent Trustpilot complaints scream about hidden rules, impossible withdrawals from bonuses, and deceptive practices. Even without depositing, their tactics scream fraud.
They are scammers. Do NOT sign up, do NOT give them your details. Report them everywhere (Trustpilot, ForexPeaceArmy, Mauritius Ombudsperson). Use real regulated brokers only. Furious doesn't cover it – avoid this trash at all costs!

Regarding the $100 no-deposit bonus: activation is not automatic and is reviewed through our internal AI-based eligibility system. If the bonus was not generated on your account, it means the system determined that the eligibility criteria were not met or that a bonus had previously been claimed.
Concerning account deletion: as stated in our data retention policy, certain user information must be securely retained for up to five years in accordance with international compliance and AML regulations. This applies even if an account is inactive.
We also note that you were previously informed that duplicate or related accounts may prevent immediate deletion. In cases of inactivity, accounts are automatically scheduled for deactivation in line with internal procedures.
If you have sent emails and believe they were not addressed, please provide your registered email address again at support@fxtrendo.com so we can verify the correspondence history and ensure a proper response has been issued.
