Our whole experience with G3+ was wonderful!
Yogesh and Milap were so patient and helpful through the whole process. We were able to do a video appointment from the United States and it was so easy to do our measurements and pick out what we wanted. They were also kind enough to show us new pieces and make suggestions.
Communication with them was very easy and helpful. We quickly received word that the orders were shipping out and we got them within a few days of their dispatch.
Everything arrived in perfect condition! The pieces are high quality and any alterations requested over video call were made and very accurate.
We will definitely being purchasing from them again in the future!

From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The staffs were very professional and cooperative.
Special and sincere thanks to Avesh Pathan who gave us excellent guidance and showed great patience in showing us the entire best designs/collections.
Kiran was also very helpful in selecting the perfect outfits and colour combinations.
Our shopping journey was started via a video call and Veeky was very professional in arranging all our video call appointments with the teams on ground coordination.
Premal was excellent in liaising between Tailor Master Shekar and me. Premal made sure notes were made on the system, understanding our requirements before alternations were made and outfits were dispatched.
Of course not forgetting and big thanks to Tailor Master Shekar for his flawless fitting and perfect finishing - all outfits were altered exactly as I wanted.
Special thanks for Harsh Chauhan for final touch-ups, ensuring outfits were packed in proper bags before dispatch.

The size was slightly bigger in the pants but I did order slight bigger just In case. The customer service was excellent, as I asked if my order could be delivered earlier than stated on website. Dress was nice, zipper came broken had to pay 20 dollars to get it fixed. I emailed and WhatsApp g 3 support for help, and they were able to refund me the money I spent on getting the zipper fixed!! Will be shopping again from them.
