I wanted to order a dress for my mom’s birthday as a surprise. I had a conversation with Rahul Roy and he went out of his way to help me out and provide excellent customer service by getting it shipped as priority so that I get it delivered on time. We love to shop from G3 since I was a child and still we do visit often. It’s our one shop stop for clothing needs. Special thanks to Avesh and Veeky Master for being so kind and helpful. The video call shopping option is a total game-changer for those of us living overseas. We were performing a dance at my cousin’s wedding and needed matching lehengas with specific custom preferences—like lightweight fabrics for dancing, distinct colors for each sister, and plenty of flare in the skirts. The team completely delivered and brought our vision to life! The fabric quality and craftsmanship of G3 Fashion exceed those of other shops in Gujarat. My experience with G3+was excellent!! I was bit skeptical about online shopping, but G3+ customer service (Avinash and Mushin) made it easier for me to get over that hurdle. They are very good at answering calls at anytime I called, and if it was after hour, I got message right away when they opened. This made me at ease, as communication was always there.
Avinash and Mushin listened to my concerns and resolved them right away with proper and honest answers. They also understood what I needed and did not waste my time
I am pleased by their honestly and expertise in showing me dresses I asked for. We live in Chicago and as working professional I had limited time to get on the phone to communicate and they made it possible.
Additionally, they got master tailor right away when I was ready to share measurements.
Over all great experience and will definitely buy from them again

The customer service is phenomenal. I was seamlessly scheduled for a free custom tailoring via video, which went super well. The communication process was done through WhatsApp and all I spoke with were very informative. They are in the process of customizing 2 outfits. I look forward to receiving them and ordering more. I have seen the quality of the work since one of the outfits is a bridesmaid dress that has been ordered, and it truly is a work of art. I cannot wait to get it and try it on. Great experience and best quality
This is the first time i have ordered clothes from G3. It has been so hard ro find some one reliable to shop with. I booked the time for video shopping which was brought forward to my convenience. Then I was helped with their team(Jay, kishor) where they took time to showcase the clothes with patience. After i ahd selected the clothes I was passed onto tgeir tailor for fittings. As the sizes differ the best thing was their tailor guided us to take the measurements on call to ensure the fitting was spot on. The tailor was Premal and Hemant, I woyld like to thank them for their job as no design has been compromised the way they altered the clothes. I have delibrately held on to review as I wanted ro check the quality of clithes. The delivery was very timely and I was privided regular updates. I am really happy with the quality of clothes, as it is not cheap as you would get from other onlibe stores and the fabric is very superior, soft and as described.
