Great service, best price I could find to sell my broken iPhone, clear communication, prompt payment. Will recommend to others.

Very efficient service. Was sent packaging and a label to send my phone after filling in some details online. Parcel was tracked so I knew it had arrived. Received an email the next day telling me my phone was in the exact condition I had described. The full amount was credited to my account that day. Brilliant service. Will use again.

Found out about this company after looking around on Google and glad I used their services to sell my phone. Very friendly and informative customer service. Received payment quickly. Would strongly recommend!

Amazing.
Great price offered - full price paid. Money received same day they received. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended

A great experience, from Andy and Rachel, who obviously care about their customers. Easy to deal with, kind and caring (which is so rare these days) and a pleasure to communicate with, they always let you know what's happening, and how they can help. I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

Excellent customer service! Fast and easy :)

Very easy to do, had the money for the recycled phone in my back the same day they received it! Thank you!
Also provided me with the best price in comparison to other companies for my old phone

Simple process. Very fast. Speedy payment. Would recommend and will use again.

If you have a damaged device these are the people to go to. I had one small chip and Music Magpie offered me 32 Pound, Gadgets Recycled were a hundred pounds more! Quick payment good service

Excellent service, easy to navigate thru website, received envelope for return of phone, friendly updates and payment made immediately, will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Friendly, fast and efficient service! Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end. Personal email to say what was happening and then money straight into my account. Thank you and thoroughly recommend.

Honestly can’t fault this company at all, sent my phone out on Monday and received payment on Thursday(today). Straight to my bank account, no issues at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fair price and quality service. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Absolutely fantastic company!

Their customers service is next to none and even when Andy was poorly, Rachael was quick to take over our correspondence and complete my order and process payment for me.

I will be using this company again and would highly recommend them.

Thank you Andy and Rachael

Excellent service. Paid quickly and with no drama. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Quick delivery of postage label and money received within 4 days of sending my phone. Excellent service! Exactly as described, would use again

Done what they said they would do and no haggling over the money. Quick, polite and professional service

The whole process was very simple and the agreed price was paid promptly. I posted my phone on Thursday morning and received payment the following Tuesday. I have no problem recommending this company to anyone thinking of recycling their old phones and I shall certainly use them myself in the future.

Excellent service. Took the phone to the post office on Wednesday, money in the bank by Saturday
