Gadgetsrecycled Reviews

Great service, quick payment and no quibbles! Recommended!

This was a hassle free process with great customer service. Would highly recommend and would certainly use again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service! I emailed with a query to receive a very prompt response from Andy who was very helpful. I then received payment for the exact amount he said he would pay and when he said he would pay it. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Great service and communication from start to finish.
Was given clear instructions on sending phone back and what to expect throughout.
Very happy and will definitely be utilising this company again.

Sent my old phone to them on a Monday and by Wednesday they had paid what they they initially quoted straight into my bank account. Also received a lovely courtesy follow up email from Andy.
Have used other companies in the past, who have quoted a higher figure but on receiving the phone have paid quite a substantial amount less. Would definitely recommend gadgets-recycled and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you Andy and team.

No need to risk private second hand market! This business is taking old smartphones and giving them a new lease of life. By restoring them with new screens, batteries and comprehensive testing and replacing anything else that needs fixing; you basically get a phone that 'works as new', and comes with a brief warranty at a really amazing price. Andy the director is super-communicative and really cares about his customers. If for example you have a lost or broken iPhone, and really just want a like for like replacement and don't have another means to replace like insurance etc they will sort you out with a replacement at an incredible price.

They will check compatibility and advise you on how to restore backups if you ask them to.

Buy Used! Save the environment and save yourself from signing up for painful contracts just to get a new smartphone!

Excellent Service, payment made promptly and very fair price paid. Will defo use again.

Brilliant service. Andy really knows his stuff. Was paid within a few days of posting.

Very impressive service. Good value. Will use again.

Fantastic customer service and clearly very knowledgable about the industry. Would recommend and use again

Quick and they gave me exactly what they quoted me ! Very good service thank you

Fast and efficient. Sent my phone back and within 2 days the money was in my account. They gave me the best price as well. Can’t ask for better than that.

I found this website after googling where I could recycle my phone for a cash return. Really quick, easy process. Also it felt personal - the same guy emailed me when my phone was received and updated me regularly. I also received the cash payment really swiftly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

One of the highest payers for used gadgets. Process was quick and easy.

I received a prepaid envelope, then posted back and money received into my account all within 3-5 days or initial contact.

Would recommend and use again.

Quality price & great service overall , highly recommend

Andy was so lovely, everything was done super quick and paid the most out of any gadget recycling companies :)

Excellent service. Sent my phone in the recorded delivery (prepaid) envelope and had an email to confirm all was ok as soon as it was received. Received my money straight as a bank transfer.

Brilliant service and was all concluded in a timely manner

Well worth a look thanks Andy

Great service from Andy and the best price around. Even went as far as to warn about potential Paypal fees and suggested a bank transfer. You won't get that anywhere else.

Andy was very helpful and friendly from start to finish! Very swift payment, would definitely use the service again!
