Brilliant
Brilliant, really quick service and the communication was excellent. Only downside was I had to wait for the prepaid postage, it's not an automated system as some companies have - but a very minor thing.

Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with. Andy patiently worked through unlocking issues and was quick to communicate progress at each stage. Feels good to know the phone won’t end up in landfill, Apple Corp could learn a lot from this business.
