Not having to handle any bills and the team is great to work with!

I gave Gaia 2 stars because the communication was very disappointing. My initial conversations were responsive, but once I signed the contract and was trying to make the payment, communication became scarce. I sometimes waited several days for a response despite reaching out by both text and email.

For a plan costing over $20,000, I expected more timely communication, especially when I was actively trying to send payment before a time-sensitive IVF cycle. The payment links I was given also did not work, which made the process feel stressful and unsettling.

I ultimately moved forward because I trust my fertility clinic and they have worked with Gaia before, but based on my experience so far, I would be hesitant to recommend them.

Gaia was amazingly supportive throughout my entire journey. We were successful on our first try with IVF, but having that peace of mind for if it didn’t workout was worth the extra money for sure. Will definitely be using them again for future cycles if needed!

Gaia has been very supportive, non-judgmental and kind throughout this whole process. I did have to utilize the guaranteed cycle and it definitely helped me emotionally process the first unsuccessful round. The medication add-on also made my first round less stressful with multiple medication dose increases. Very helpful for those of us with no IVF Health Insurance benefits.

Gaia is very helpful. They help in reaching out clinic to send prescriptions out so we receive on time. They also have diet plans, emotional support groups we can join!

So far it’s been amazing. Or dream is coming true and we didn’t have to save up for years before we could get started. And they are very kind they answer all questions they can with full explanations and make you feel important the whole time.

The interaction with the Gaia representative has been exceptional. IVF is stressful enough and this process and decision making has been supported and we’ve been able to voice our concerns / questions and have them answered

Suprised to hear that they're ageist with the add on option that if you have <7 mature eggs you may undergo an additional free cycle ONLY if you're <38 yrs old. Not sure where they pulled a random age from. Moreover, it wasn't any cheaper than paying out of pocket. I do appreciate there are additional services offered including nutritionist and a nurse available, however, I can't understand how you exclude someone based on age, thereby creating unequal opportunity. Quite a shame...

I ended up getting pregnant naturally, but my consult with Tara at Gaia was excellent. Very informative, not salesy. She was genuinely so kind and happy for me when I texted that I got pregnant naturally. Gaia was the first company that would actually give me an actual number of how much the process would cost without me paying $300-$400 just for an initial consult. There is a ton of gatekeeping in this industry where you have to pay $300 just to even hear what the prices are to meet with a doctor you might not even like. I highly recommend at least speaking with Gaia because there are some of the only people in the industry who are willing to talk to you for free, and are genuinely very kind and helpful.

Our consultant was with us every step of the way and answered so many rounds of questions. She made is less ambiguous and we felt more prepared to make the decisions and investment.

I was explicit in my questions about what was included and not included, extra fees etc. Only once money was paid to Gaia did I find out there would be additional costs incurred that I specifically asked about. I was refunded and so things made right but the program premise is no hidden fees, clinics and Gaia need to be on the same page.

My experience with Gaia has been amazing. IVF and infertility are really hard, mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially. I didn't know about Gaia prior to picking the fertility clinic. When it came time to pay for treatment, was when I found out my clinic was partnered with Gaia. I was unsure at first, but I filled out a request to have someone contact me. From the very first person I talked to, I knew Gaia was a great option for my husband and me. They gave us different options and made sure to explain all options in great detail that allowed us to make the best decision for our situation. We were going to proceed with IVF regardless of Gaia or not. However, the plan Gaia offered us and the add-ons really assured us in our first IVF journey. The fact that Gaia has built into their plans a second IVF stim round if the first one didn’t work out and unlimited frozen embryo transfers within one round of IVF is amazing and really takes the stress out of that part of IVF. My husband and I were shocked that that was an option for almost the same price the clinic was charging us for one round of IVF stims and one FET. That doesn’t even mention the amazing customer service from everyone you talk to at Gaia. Everyone we spoke to was so kind, supportive and informative. The additional resources, such as a session with a nutritionist and fertility counselor was also an added bonus at no extra cost. In a business that really likes to pretty much nickel and dime patients, Gaia has not done that in my experience. I am so glad my clinic partners with Gaia and that I took the leap of faith to work with them.
