After self funding two rounds of IVF which failed, we knew we had to give it one more round before throwing in the towel. Once you’ve started IVF you understand how it takes over a big part of your life and affects you physically, mentally and can make some social situations uncomfortable.

We did not have the funds for our third round and decided to change to a clinic with better statistics. This also came with a higher price tag compared to our last clinic (which was well worth it).

I was a little dubious about how good to be true Gaia sounded. However, after making contact and speaking with Lucy, everything was clear and clean cut. Every step was explained and regular contact to ensure all was going well with treatment.

I truly felt supported when speaking to different members of Gaia, each person was kind, caring and made the journey a little easier. Whilst there were check ins, it never felt intrusive and more like your friend checking in to see how you are.

Gaia even sent a small gift in the post after signing up and it truly was a lovely touch.

I think Gaia is the way forward to afford what can be very expensive treatment and a massive barrier preventing people from starting families. It’s reassuring to know when finances allow we can make additional payments without being penalised for closing the finance earlier than the agreed date.

Thank you Gaia for being a big part of our journey. We now have a beautiful healthy baby girl with a mop of hair and the potential to have two further children in the future thanks to this round.

Excellent company to support parents finding funds for IVF treatment. There’s no way we’d be able to find the money upfront so this is a great solution. They were easy to use and provided lots of support along the way. Would highly recommend!

We are so glad that we came across Gaia before embarking on our IVF journey. A huge anxiety for us was the potential for spiraling treatment costs and pressure to continue treatment outside of our affordability if luck wasn't on our side. To have a fixed fee package to include as many 'goes'as we had available embryos, with a small deposit up front and nothing else to pay until a live birth gave us the courage and peace of mind to go ahead and commit to a one cycle plan with them, with the option to continue with further cycles. Thankfully our first cycle was a success and by using Gaia it saved us thousands of pounds compared to using standard pricing and plans available from the clinic. They are a fantastic team, very helpful in making us understand everything and kind and compassionate along the way. We would highly recommend and we will be forever grateful for them making our dreams of having a baby come true.

Finding Gaia was like finding light at the end of the tunnel. After years of stress and not knowing financially if IVF would work, gaia have us huge piece of mind.

The reps were kind and helpful, explained things clearly and gave us hope. We went for the 3 round package which worked on the 2nd transfer of our first cycle. We are now due in September and whilst paying our clinic directly would have been cheaper, of course we didn't know that at the time, and it gave us so much peace of mind that we had more opportunities if needed.

Gaia helped us have our baby and we found them great from start to finish! They took the stress out of paying for everything when we were going through the expensive journey of IVF. We wanted to go to the best doctors and the best clinic and Gaia allowed us to do that, with less fear we would lose all our money and have nothing to show for it. It did work for us first try, so it may not have saved us any money all in all, but it did give us a huge piece of mind during the stressful process of IVF - and it really helped with cash flow and with paying the clinic up front, allowing us to pay Gaia back over time. We are lucky that we will likely have the loan paid off fairly quickly (the only downside is that the interest can rack up if you take years and years to pay it off) but I would still definitely recommend them. It is such an accessible system. I also found the communication to be great from their team, namely Stella!

The support that is offered is 2nd to none and without this company having my little girl just wouldn’t have been possible. They were super responsive, helpful with any questions and I think actually saved me money in the long run

Haven’t been with Gaia long however have experienced signing our contract, paying our protection fee & paying clinic fees upfront and submitting reimbursements to Gaia. Everything has been processed really quickly and simply and I received my reimbursements within just a few days as explained to me by the very friendly member of Gaia’s support team.
So far a very positive experience with no unexplained or unexpected costs, they’ve just done exactly what they’ve said they’d do in a really timely and supportive positive manner.
