I booked last minute as in a rush, wouldn't if I had some time to read all reviews.
I booked last minute as in a rush, the company is so unprofessional. On arrival you give your car key to a random person, on our return we waited almost an hour from walking out of the airport. We asked when we dropped the car how far away it will be parked, they said 6 miles, we took a picture and the car was driven more than 12 miles. We lef the car with 57% battery charge, and got it back with 30%, 12 miles should have taken it to about 45% The driver put the heating on full blast which is a killer on the electric car, not even considering how far we have to travel home and don't have time to charge to drive home. You also have to pay the airport parking charge of £6 on arrival & departure which is included with all other companies we used before. Not recommended, looks like some cowboy style company, not legitimate & poor customer service.
Dreadful service and damaged car
The greet service on drop off was unorganised and poor - shoddy and impolite.
The greet service on pick up was dreadful, totally unprofessional and not even a service.
Had to wait nearly 2 hours for the car to be returned. Drivers blamed the management and the management put the phone down on my wife twice when asking for an update. Hard to tell whether there was a management structure.
In addition the car came back with scratches on the passenger side, across both doors and at the front passenger side.
Hopefully you will read the many bad, almost criminal reviews before you decide to use them. Unfortunately, we did not see the reviews before booking.

Do not use this company. Nobody answers the phone and you get told different things each time you call. Car has not arrived 2 hours after landing, we have been waiting in the cold with kids after a 11 hour flight.
What an awful parking meet and greet…
What an awful parking meet and greet experience! The directions to the drop off spot included in the email were not correct. Nobody was picking up the phone when we were trying to reach them on our way to Gatwick. They finally picked up when we were in the carpark, only to find that we need to go to a different location. On the pick up location they demanded cash to cover the airport short stay fee, as we did have cash, we had to find a pay machine on a different level and come back, costing us more time. The pick up experience was similar - had to wait for more than one hour for our car, every time we called for an update we were given different information - it is 2/15/7 minutes away, again had to pay short stay car park fee to exit. As icing on the cake our car stereo mysteriously died while we were away. Stay clear.

A Murphy do you have any contact details to file a court proceeding? The company are not answering calls/emails/whatsapp messages - Gatwick Airport cannot help. CAB advised to go to small claims court. We collected our car yesterday with thousands of pounds of damage let alone almost zero fuel and the car absolutely filthy! Absolutely gutted.

Do not use Galaxy for parking!!! My car can back with significant damage, it was filthy inside, food wrappers and mud. They had used all my fuel, it had 8 miles left in the tank. My sat nav holder had been broken off. DO NOT USE THEM! They won’t answer my calls or emails.

I’m writing another review 2 weeks on (a first for me) because they deserve to be shut down/not used. Would be 0 or less stars if possible. Multiple companies liquidated and when enough heat builds up again they change the company name but continue under same guise. Scammers!!

-55 minute wait for pick up and then taken on a tour of other terminal and had to wait for another party ( nice to see new places though eh?)
- pick up driver was abusive when I asked him to slow down as young girl was falling off her fathers lap, swearing etc
-driver was looking down texting whilst driving onto motorway!
-mini bus was badly in need of repair, rear bushes and steering ( checked dvla site against plate)
-to top it off my car was spotless when I dropped it off. When I picked it up off side was covered in mud and splash marks ( I’ve seen cleaner surfaces on outside of youth centres!)

We booked for Sunday 31st of March and tried calling for over 40 minutes so we could drop the car off. We kept getting a GIFFGAFF voicemail ( 07522539764), when we finally got hold of him he was rude but we didn't think anything of it as we didn't want to be late for our flight. We parked in Orange level 4 and the guy came without a uniform and didn't have any kind of identification or receipt to give us. We were worried to leave the car but thought that we found them on a Gatwick parking website so maybe we are mistaken and everything would be fine. We left to check in and a few hours later before we boarded our plane a family issue happened and we couldn't board the plane and had to turn back immediately. We called the company numerous times when he finally answered he said he is in the car park where he dropped us off. We got there and he was no where to be seen. The car was parked in a Disabled bay and he left it and ran off and blocked us. We called to get a spare key dropped to us thankfully we found that the key had been left on the wheel of the car. When we opened the car we discovered that they stole a carton of cigarettes and had empty food packets left on the back seats of the car. This has been reported to the police and I hope they get stopped. We are lucky we didn't stay for our holiday as god forbid we would have come back to no car at all.

When I rang them to pick my car up they were very rude on the phone and hung up on me plus when I got my car back it was filthy inside plus they had opened a bag of sweets I had in the door compartment and helped them self's and sweets all over the floor and been ruvegin through the glove compartment I wouldn't use this firm ever again not even worth one star 😡😡😡

Simply awful. Shocking slow service when returning. Car looked awful. Like it had been in a rally. No petrol. Clearly had been used. Just got a parking ticket. Car was parked in a disabled bay whilst i was overseas.
Gatwick Management and NCP need to get a grip on this. They are using their reputation and facilities.
Will be taking them to small claims court and will look to wind them up. Will get owners barred as UK directors. Will track down owners if in Dubai.

dropped my car off at Heathrow Terminal 5 - had to pay £7.50 extra for the car park (and on collection) which I was not told about.
Collection driver was dismissive and constantly on phone scrolling. When I got my car back it had been damaged. Driver laughed and said happens all the time.. and just to claim on their insurance. Rang the number guy just shouted at me and said send an email and prove it was damaged .. pretty easy to do! Sent email and of course just no answer .. now trying to get my money back as clearly they are not going to pay for the damage …

Don’t bother.
Told to call 30mins prior to arriving at the airport so they would be there to collect the car, however, they were not there. I called around 8 times to ask where they were, waited 25mins in total and every phone call with them, they would hang up on me mid sentence. They were so rude, no apologies when they did arrive, just said “had to drive from Croydon”. It would’ve been quicker for us to get the shuttle bus and much less stressful, they were really unhelpful. I had also paid my parking as on phone call 5 they said “he’s in the lift coming up now just wait”, they arrived quite a while later so I incurred an extra £5 charge on parking which they had me pay.
Arriving back at Gatwick, they were there before me which was great, no hassle. But they were still very unprofessional. Almost seemed like a small group of mates had come up with a money making idea but didnt have a clue how to do it.

My recent encounter with Galaxy Parking Limited left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. From start to finish, the entire experience was marred by confusion, miscommunication, and a profound lack of reliability & accountability.
Initially, I was instructed to meet the Galaxy Parking team for drop-off at level 4. However, after multiple attempts to contact them, I was informed that the rendezvous point had inexplicably changed to level 5. This sudden alteration without prior notice was inconvenient and indicative of disorganisation within the company. The most appalling aspect of my experience, however, was the complete lack of responsiveness from Galaxy Parking Limited. Despite making over 30 calls upon my return, I received no answer. This left me stranded at the airport, forced to endure a three-hour wait before finally being able to retrieve my car at the wrong terminal.
Furthermore, despite my booking specifying the South Terminal for car drop-off, upon my return from my trip, I was shocked to find that my car had been parked at the North Terminal. This discrepancy directly contradicted the information provided in my booking confirmation and caused significant inconvenience as I had to traverse between terminals to retrieve my vehicle.
Overall, my encounter with Galaxy Parking Limited was characterized by chaos, incompetence, and a blatant disregard for customer service. I strongly advise against utilizing their services, as they have proven themselves to be unreliable and incapable of fulfilling even the most basic of expectations. Look elsewhere for a parking provider that values professionalism and customer satisfaction.

DO NOT USE!!! Had to wait 1 hour 40 mins for my car to be returned when I’d booked meet and greet and they kept laughing when we had to call 6 times to chase them! Extremely rude and arrogant with no manners or customer care at all. There were also 4 other families waiting the same length of time, all being treated appallingly, they even told one man he had issues and should check into hospital when he called them. Another man had his car splattered in mud the whole length right up to the window when it was returned. We all agreed they seemed to be deliberately winding us up. Absolutely vile behaviour, they need to be struck off. I am doing a visa dispute with my credit card company to get my money back as I didn’t get what I paid for, advise you do the same if they let you down

Gatwick are trying to get this lot removed via trading standards - avoid at all costs! Total con artists and many horror stories about leaving cars in fields, stolen cars etc. Luckily my car was ok, but they still left keys on wheel - absolute joke.
