Disgusting company I don’t know how they’re allowed to even trade.
Charged us extra when we arrived which was not agreed, called to enquire about the extra charge and the man on the phone told me my car wouldn’t be safe and to go F myself. Ended up paying over £20 extra.
When we got the car back there was over 100 miles put on the car. Doors are jammed shut which is going to cost me a fortune. Glove box was ransacked and everything left on the passenger floor.
Absolute disgrace.

My car was returned to me covered in bird poo and covered in mud so bad my whole tyres sides and front of the car were covered
No care was taken
When I complained to the person returning the car he attitude stunk nothing to do with him

Very easy drop off service. However, when we came to collect our car we waiting an hour and a half. We called as soon as we landed we waiting 45 minutes called again and they said it was on its way. Called again an hour after to be told that the car wouldn’t start?! all lies from their behalf to be met with a very rude man who just said the keys were in the ignition. No apology for how late and bad the service was. Don’t waste your money on this company.

Such a bad customer service, I had to wait almost 2 hours with my young kids and they left my car parked at level 3 and keys on the wheels of my car. First of all delayed then didn’t bother to call and tell where my car is or meet up and hand over the keys. I had to call them 8 times and when I completely lost my temper the guy over the phone was teasing me like a kid. Such a bad experience with these people. Hardly answer calls and then put down phone on you while you are trying to give them your registration number. I made a mistake didn’t check the review before booking with this company.

If I could give a 0 that would be too high. DO NOT USE this company. Waited an hour for the car to be delivered when they said they would be 20 - 30 minutes. When the car was delivered it had a scratch on the bumper that definitely was not there before Absolute criminals, DO NOT USE.

They have stolen car parts out of my car!!!!! Said that is was like that when handed over. Take photos of our side inside and person you handover to luckily I did. Police have been contacted!!!!!

Do not you use them. They have handed my car back today full of bird poo all over the car and they have sorted the inside of my car and they are ignoring and hanging up on all my call after one ring. This is also apart of bigger scam and associated with GAPS Park & Ride Gatwick they are also hang up on me and not answering any of my calls. I have video or the car and the person who handed my key saying I am entitled to a refund. Instead this Indian company is ignoring all emails and calls.
Theses are the associated number it’sscam! I promiseyou will not be happy. I feel completely abused and volatiled.

Absolute con artists!!! 17 people waiting 2 to 3 hours for their cars after midnight in the cold. Cars left on different floors. 2 cars left in North Terminal when booked for South Terminal and they lost our car key. They phoned us at 3am to say they found our key but by then we were half way home in a taxi (which they advised us to do and cost us £140). Let’s hope we get our car back tomorrow which will involve another trip to Gatwick and a day of work!! These people should not be able to operate out of a major airport. Gutted I had to leave a 1 star review when they deserved a big fat zero. I would also like to add the waiting group of people had booked with various companies ie Galaxy Parking & Get Parking but we all had the same contact details!!

DONT USE THEM! When they collect your car you get a receipt which says "we endeavour to to deliver your vehicle within 60 minutes of your call" which is the worst wait I have ever experienced - but by which time its too late to change the booking. On a Sunday evening, they took 45 minutes, to deliver my car from a park which my computer tells me was a 3 mile journey. Morover, it would seem that that they did not actually START that journey for half an hour after they received my initial call. Phoned attempts to both of gthe contact numbers they provide to find out the cause of the delay were met with a Giff Gaff answering machine telling me they could not accept the call, the mail box was full and "Please try later".....

Tailgated my car out of the short stay car park at Gatwick despite demanding that I transfer them the £6 for the time in the carpark at 4am, this meant that when we eventually got to the gate of exiting the carpark I had a bill of £360 due as my car on Gatwick’s cameras had never left the car park.
Let the ‘company’ know that we had landed at 21.55 and at 22.30 when we got to the agreed meeting point our car and any representative from the company was nowhere to be seen. Our car was eventually given back to us at 23.20 after 10 phone calls to various owners/employees of the ‘company’ without so much as an apology for my three young tired children freezing whilst waiting in the car park.
This is NOT a meet and greet service.
I have reported to Gatwick parking, trading standards and the police who will hopefully cease their dodgy dealings, it’s the last thing you need when returning from holiday late at night with children.
Thankfully the lady on the help button at the Gatwick exit was aware of how terrible they are and released our vehicle and we only had to pay a further £6 for 30 minutes in the short stay.
When you add these hidden charges to the ‘cheap price’ you aren’t paying much less than a far more reputable company with great service like maple parking.
I will never go for the cheapest company again, do not believe the bogus reviews on other sites.

The operative on the phone was rude and on asking for his name he said it’s “Bid daddy”, when asked what his boss name he said it’s Bigger Daddy. Can’t believe these cowboys had my car. If we could give 0 stars we would, we called as soon as we got our luggage, said they are leaving. 40 mins later no car, called the numbers multiple times to keep getting put through to voicemail . 1 hour 30 minutes later a driver finally arrived with the car, awful attitude just threw the keys at us and left, no apology and no offer for a hand with the luggage. Absolutely disgraceful service, do not use this company!!! You will also have to pay £12 on top for parking tickets so it actually cost £75

We been waiting for 1.5 hour to get the car back. They were keep saying heavy traffic and police checks, in a middle of the night? Absolutely lies. After several times of calling those cowboy’s finally we got our car. And the cherry on the top was a car was left on the different floor with a key on the tire! Can you imagine! I left my car with this company at the meet and greet and I took a video of the car being parked in a bay at level 4 of the orange car park.
However, when I received my car, I noticed significant damage to my vehicle. The driver's side tyre was ripped around the rim and the alloys had been scratched. I pleaded with the staff member to take care of my car, but it is clear that this was not done.
To add insult to injury, when I called the number provided to me during drop off, I was informed that my car key had been left on top of the driver's side alloy. This is completely unacceptable as it goes against the basic concept of a meet and greet service. Furthermore, I found my key blocker pouch in the passenger side floor, which is highly unprofessional.
I took it to the garage the next day for them to say that the left tyre brake fluid had been leaking and they also confirmed that it must of been hit quite badly maybe on the kerb. The tyre cost me £270 & i still have to sort out the tracking on the left of the vehicle as that was effected as well - got knows who they gave the car too - some animal maybe?
When I called to lodge a complaint, I was told that there was no senior available and that I should send an email and call back tomorrow. This was happening for 4 days straight. i was gutted as this is a new car that I purchased on the 29th February 2024, and I have a full inspection report from a professional that does not mention any existing issues with the tracking/tyre/brake fluid It is clear that this damage occurred while in the care of your company plus luckily i took a video of the car before i handed them the keys.
Their customer service is disgusting - they don’t know how to communicate - a lady on the phone was so rude because i asked them where they’re based and she got completely offended. There doesn’t seem to be any seniors or managers running this place. I will be definitely taking this further for the way they treat people.

I called at 21:12 to arrange car pick up at car park 6, after several calls, car finally arrived at 22:22, after 70 minutes. Website says you deliver in 25-35 minutes, we have been standing in the car park for more than one hour and I was only getting updates after several calls (over the phone someone kept saying that car was going to arrive in 5 minutes). Driver was never sent when I originally called. We saw the same driver that delivered our car, delivering another car before ours one hour before (short staffing?).
Since we pay for the service, updates about potential delays would be appreciated, this is not a good level of customer service. I would never use the service again.

We rang for our pick us and another family we were an hour late because of a medical emergency on the plane so we could not disembark until the paramedics had got the young lady off only to be told we had to paye a late fee of £15 tryed to explain it was out of our control but they weren’t having none of it and driver became rude and with that another big guy came and would not return our car keys until we paid so avoid will not use again and would not recommend to anyone

After landing tried call company- the only 1 mobile number given was switched off and couldn't leave the voicemail as were full !!!!( we landed shortly after midnight ) .can just imagine what goes through your mind at this point .The phone was on after 1am and when get through the man was rude , lied about sending my car and that will be after 30min .Try call few times while waiting and all the time hear that the driver is on the way (2hrs ???- where is their car park )The car arrived just around 3am .When asked driver what took so much time in the middle of the night , definitely not traffic he response he get call at 2:25 that need drop off my car - that's 1,5 hr after I have been told car will be in 30min .All that stress is not worth better pay 10£ extra and reliable company who will not give you heart attack and after long journey make you wait extra 3hrs for your car

Avoid! Car took 1 hour and 40 minutes to be returned. Hardly the meet and greet service we thought we had booked! Staff were unhelpful and disorganised. Would never use them again!
