Excellent Product and Customer Service
The final product was exactly as ordered, desired and expected. The customer service was personal and attentive. The only negative was the extended delay in delivery due to a number of unexpected issues. But customer service was proactive about the delays and helped make up for it by covering expedited shipping costs.

It was good
It was good, the only problem the original cards I ordered and recieved were portriat sized and the Gallery logo was on the side of the back of the card not on the bottom and it did not look right to me and I could not proceed to use these cards. My Gallery representative was very nice and let me order another card type at no charge since we paid for the original set of cards and got them shipped out to me quickly. She went above and beyond for me and I thank her for this. Laura Thiessen was the one who was a great help to me and stayed with me until I was completely satisfied with my order.

Wrong folder ordered
In 2025, I ordered from Gallery Collection for the first time and was very satisfied with the Tax folders I ordered. In 2026 when I reordered the same folder but a different color, the person that placed my order, gave me the wrong size folder. When The Gallery Collection realized I received the wrong folder, they reached out to me and corrected the error. I appreciate that Customer Service stood behind their products and offered a generous solution to the error.

Excellent Customer Serivice
My first custom order came in blank, while initially disappointed, I contacted customer service. Gallery immediately sent me a correct order and even got to keep the blank cards. Their customer service is top notch and have helped me with every need! The custom cards were excellent and looked just as if I had handwritten them!
