Great Selection and Customer Service
I order anniversary cards for my agency, and the selection of fun and celebratory cards made selecting the right ones easy. I was able to do much of the ordering online and at the moment I need some assistance customer services was readily available. I am very pleased with the cards and will continue to do business with Gallery Collection.

Gallery features an array of elegant Christmas cards each year. I cannot recall that we have ever had to correct or return our order.
I have ordered Christmas cards from The Gallery Collection for many years. To take advantage of discounts, we usually select and buy cards for the coming Christmas season months in advance (usually in January or early February). I am always amazed that we receive them in a matter of days thereafter.

I placed an order for custom folders 14 days in advance of my event. I was called after seven days and was told they were not able to complete my order due to some system issue. Knowing that we had limited time, I asked what other options we had and was told they could only estimate the time it would get to me now. This was such an inconvenient experience and now, we have to use cheap folders with stickers from Amazon due to the limited time. This was my first and last time looking into this company. I normally don’t leave bad reviews for anyone, but this one really caused issues for our business.

I ordered because I liked the construction holiday card. I would re-order again for the customer service!
I placed my order very close to the holiday season and didn't realize the printer closes down for a week. Becuse I ordered close to when i needed my cards, I paid the extra for the express shipment.
Because of the shut down I was pretty distraught and I can tell you that my concerns were handled professionally, kindly, and better than any other company I have ever worked with. I still recieved my cards later than I wanted but there was nothing anyone could do about that. But I was treated fairly and compensated for the lack of communication on the website. And honestly, my idea of wanting my customers to have these in hand before New Years Day just worked out because I think many people would have just thought these greeting cards would be Christmas Cards and they may have been tossed away. So in hind site, this was a win all around!
