Very useful website and really nice customer care but they have too much security. Yara helped alot in solving my problem. Overall it's the best place to get codes and definitely recommend this to tho... Toon meer

Definitely not instant

Update:
I promised to update my rating if things changed, and a couple of hours later I was contacted via email and the
Order was executed.

I can understand that fulfilling orders can sometimes take longer than expected, my advice is just to communicate better to the customer.

Its been more than an hour since I made my purchase, a 500 USD voucher card and nothing yet. As soon as the payment went through they asked for a KYC verification, which I provided instantly, however since then, I did not hear back from them. Does not reflect confidence so far, but I will gladly change my rating if they at least replied to my help request email with any sort of information or managing expectations. Their website says instant delivery, and I can confirm that this is not the case so far.

In your case, the transaction was flagged for an additional security check, which is why we requested KYC verification. This type of verification is done to help protect both the customer and the payment process, but it does require manual review, so it can sometimes take longer than usual.

We do have instant delivery for orders that do not require extra review. However, when an order is flagged for verification, it needs to be checked manually first before it can be completed.

We have already reviewed your order, and due to a higher number of requests at that time, the process took longer than we would have liked. Once your information was reviewed, your order was completed successfully.

We’re really sorry for the delay, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
