The rep moved mountains to make my need happen quickly. They will respond on the website chat and add you to Discord. The only thing to note is that if you use PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal site, which can interfere with completing the transaction on the website side. Open up the chat, and you should be good to go. Let them know what you did, and they will guide you through the process.
