Garden Lights Direct Reviews 

Thrilled with every detail of my purchase and the service I received. I have been trying to find a replacement for some very old, but good quality solar garden lights for home and in the last few months I have purchased at least 4 sets from other retailers. All were hugely disappointing and subsequently returned (small bulbs, flimsy cable, not the quality stated). I continued the search and I am so grateful to have found Garden Lights Direct. I bought 2 sets of solar festoon lights, the quality is excellent (better than my original lights and although the same length of cable I have now have more bulbs per metre which is brilliant! Packaged safely and arrived quickly, they sat around for a couple of months whilst I waited for somebody to fit them. When fitted I noticed two bulbs weren't working. I made a quick call, the service was second to none and within a few days 3 spare bulbs arrived with me. I now have a beautiful full set of lights adorning my garden and I have an extra bulb "just in case". I would not hesitate to recommend Garden Lights Direct and I will be back to make more purchases in the future. Thank you for a really pleasant shopping experience with a super product to boot :)

The lights arrived with one bulb broken and 2 bulbs missing completely. Despite being a premium product (over £300 for 40m) there were no spares included. I have emailed three times and had no reply from them.

Update: 4 spare bulbs have now arrived. Thanks. I can't find any emails anywhere, incl bulk (aside from marketing spam).

Purchased some solar pathway lighting—very impressed! They work perfectly, even on short days with little sunlight, and light up my garden beautifully. Excellent support too!
