Some issues with Rospa compliance - now resolved.
Sadly, our experience with Home Front wasn't straight forward. Initially, we had our climbing frame fitted with no issues. Then, to ensure we were fulfilling our responsibilities as an education provider, we asked our local Rospa to inspect the equipment. Sadly, the Rospa failed the equipment for several issues. It unfortunately took around 3 months of back and forth with Home Front to agree to the changes that needed to be made to be compliant, and to get a date in the diary for the changes to be made. Once the agreement was reached, we were pleased with the outcome. At all times, the people who visited us on site were professional and friendly. However, it was unfortunate that we had to keep children off the equipment for 3 months before the issues were resolved. Whilst we appreciate that Home Front have their own paperwork that states their designs are Rospa certified, as clients we felt stuck in the middle of a Rospa compliance officer and the company, and it took quite a lot of effort and time to come to the resolution. If the issues had been more quickly resoled, we would have happily given a higher rating. Now it is all resolved we are happy with the equipment and the children love it.
