Active Garden Reviews

My dealings with Active Garden were very good. They were responsive and helpful when a series of shipping problems delayed delivery. I would recommend however that they change their shipping partners.

Great service! Marianela could not have been more helpful after the courier made a mistake with my delivery.

From start to finish this company has given excellent customer care, keeping in touch every step of the way, very professional. Within a week of ordering, the swings and frame were delivered and Henri came to install yesterday. He was efficient and fast and made no mess at all.
We were on the swings that afternoon. They are proper swings, treated wood, swing seats with chains, excellent quality, and look really good in the garden. Highly recommend this company for real quality swing frame and swings that don’t cost a fortune.

This company excels at service could not have asked for better service and products

Helpful and knowledgeable about products on phone. Easy to order and arrange delivery and installation. Very friendly and efficient installation guys. My daughters are thrilled with their swing set and tyre swing.

We needed the play equipment shipped to Orkney. Active Gardens went out of their way to help us with this. They also help us develop play equipment specifically for our young people with additional support needs. Veery helpful and friendly service.

very easy to deal with the only problem is the website when trying to pay

From placing the order to delivery and installation, Active Garden provided great customer service. It's a well constructed sandpit - we're very pleased with it and the nursery children love it!

Quality products and good communication.

Marianela was very nice to speak and supported me through my purchase on the phone and email as I needed. Delivery team were very nice and put the kit to be assembled in the garage for me. One part of the process is going through the checklist of items that has been delivered before you can book the install to make sure everything is there. I am not being critical of this I can see that it is 100% necessary just letting future customers know the journey. Booked installation date easily. Henrik was my installer. He arrived on time and got stuck straight in. He worked hard all day and did an excellent job. At the end he gave us advice and advised that should any issues arise now or in the future to contact him or the service to get it resolved. It's reassuring for such an item that you have someone to call for potential repairs / service as needed. Kids love it. Thanks to Marianela, Henrik, and Active Gardens.

Very helpful and knowledgeable information from my very first contact, answering all my questions and giving me confidence. Some timber was damaged during delivery but it was replaced within a day to ensure installation was not compromised. The installation by Henri was incredibly efficient- he has clearly installed many of these!

Quick delivery and good swing seat and chain.

Active Garden were extremely prompt and helpful with an urgent request. They went above and beyond to get a swing delivered to us as quickly as possible. Excellent service
